I’m gonna hammer in Mge for this one the first few weeks, and definitely expertising Wallace off the rip. I have a very strong feeling that scipio/wallace are gonna be broken on rallies and structure swarms

This commander is counter to every garrison Keep in mind gorgo has skill damage taken reduction, Dido also have skill damage debuff and skill damage taken reduction too! And this commander if pairs with William Wallace they don't do any skill damage That's why this commander is meta

Debatable. It might be counter to every garrison but it also doesn't have the niche of gorgo and Liu Che with their skill damage taken reduction which means they will be taking full damage from skills
