He just can't handle the strugglers that He has to go through I know this because I have an old project car I idk how's everything in other countries but In mine only paint job tool 4 months and it's really very hard people think it's way easy but its very hard.to maintain it daily right now my car has been setting.for.a long time because it.doesn't work.any more it need a new engine at last I would say never quit if you can't fix a thing on it just never quit

You should put 4 carbs on it. It would run so much better because they would all be getting the same air fuel ratio and you can make a bracket for the throttles.

You can hear it's only running on two or three cylinders and.trying to fire on four you should have a bike mechanic look at it because it's still not running right Sorry to say but keep up the good work buddy.

Cold and condensation on the outside of your intake manifolds, is exactly what you want to see.

now all you need is a carb balancer kit to set the carbs

If you ever have that high idle issue sometimes with those China carbs the spring is soft and sometimes can’t fully close the slide. Take out the sprigs and stretch them out. I have a China carb in my bike and I had to do fhat

I'm so glad you balanced the carbs. Nice work bro: and fuel cools , that's prob why the intakes arw cold when running. You can use gasket maker to seal the valve cover from leaking use high temp aswell for the valve cover. Nice work.

Fuel has alot of cooling properties. Thats why the intakes are cool an them carbs dont lack in fuel delivery department 😆 nice vid glade it running on all 4 now

The inlet manifolds should be running cold from petrol vapor cooling 🤗 if you have ever noticed how cold a barbecue gas bottle gets when it's on full it sometimes will freeze which is the same from gas flowing fast 😉

The negative pressure causes the cold intake. Cars pump coolant into the Mansfield to stop that from freezing

trying to find something like thors manifolds for me en500/vulcan to go to single carb i thoght i found a copper ubend/t but the spacing was 110mm and i need 125mm so may have to use copper was going to use pvc must would have same problem as you had and thats joining them

Looks like Murray's carbs intakes, I got a set of his intake and carbs on my cb900, they need a good quality air filter, he sells his with Uni pods, also those 750s are hard to tune, probably need more backpressure on the exhaust

So if you want to run it on 2 carbs, it's better to pair cylinders 2-3 on one carb and 1-4 on another carb. The reason to do this is because they're 360 degrees apart on the firing interval as opposed to 180, and as such, are less likely to interfere with each other.

Im not shure of the science but i do know vacum makes things cold which is why your intakes are cold because of the intake of the engine drawing vacum in. we had the same thing happen whith a homemade intake adapter

First time ever seeing your videos. What happen to the original set of carbs? It's not running on 4 cylinders, it would sound alot more crisp revving like every inline 4 bike. 2 into 4 carb manifolds are a dumb idea, its only going to decrease throttle response and hurt your power. Get 4 makuni flat slide carbs and you would be racing! Also fix the ignition first its definitely not right. Pull the plugs and clean them with a blowtorch, get them red hot. They will look new.

Put in new plugs on one side thats not firing... some plugs don't fire under under compression

The air intakes are cold because the fuel is changing from a liquid to a gas and when that happens, it removes heat from the air.
