Why have 5 years passed and still no pharmaceutical drug is available....

I was first diagnosed with Menieres 20 years ago, and to this present day, there have been no new, effective treatments or medications available. Seeing a general ENT about the disease is an absolute waste of time and energy. My own view is that there are no really talented people involved in research etc. Meniere's is probably one of the only serious diseases which is completely neglected regarding medical progress. Shameful!
