Great video man thanks for the review! I'm looking at the Go3S and Go series as C-roll; footage I'd capture for in-the-moment memories, and BTS that I'll use one day. The osmo pocket 3 is for high quality B-roll on the go and more cinematic footage shot intentionally. And then my mirrorless camera is for A-roll and talking head or really high quality cinematic footage when not on-the-go. I think the Go series has a great purpose for like you said capturing every day moments, but shouldnt really even be compared to the use cases of other cameras which have its own purpose

Hello! I am torn between this 2 cameras, which of these 2 would you recommend for a travel cam i would like to shoots my kids on our trip and activities we would probably do. We will be going to Disneyland please help me which one would better suit my needs. Thank you very much! God bless!

Pocket 3 is much better for me, you can put any gb of memory card, many more option than go3s

I’m gonna say go3s is better, it’ll be able to handle any bumps, falls or spills that might happen with kids around. I wouldn’t worry about SD storage of you get 128 GB version.

I had the DJI action 2 and sold it. It really depends on your potential usage which camera you should get.

You got the good point there about pocket 3, may as well wait for next year or 2, maybe next time they will release much much better go4 hopefully fully waterproof and also with card holder

Great review, I have the GO 3 and it's an excellent camera, the 3s does have very substantial upgrades and I'll be getting it for the 4K. They cannot put a larger sensor in that small format due to heat issues and waterproofing, maybe in the future we can see tech adv and that's possible. Putting the P3 against the 3s is a bit unfair considering a few things, different class cameras, P3 is NOT an action camera due to water proor/resistance. It has a much larger sensor as you've mentioned and it's also almost twice the price here. A camera that launched annually with upgrades is not uncommon, look at DJI/GOPRO launch history, every anniversary date there is a new camera and look at GP, even DJI A3 to A4, there are less upgrades between those models in respect, especially GP, a company that has NOT been innovative for the past 4 generations ;)
