Instant Pot Pro Sous Vide Chicken Thighs
Chicken Thighs Sous Vide Cheat Sheet

3 plus hours (up to 10 Hours) From Frozen - 4 Hours
Seasoned like you would do plenty of salt on your food BUT using . . .
Garlic powder, Onion Powder,
BROWN SUGAR (OR Apricot Preserves), Garlic Salt,
Pumpkin Spice, Oregano and Olive oil.
Take out the Thighs and paint them with BBQ sauce, or beat an egg making
an egg wash and broil in the oven about 5 minutes - WATCHING them so they
brown to perfection.
Make a gravy with the juice . . .
2 TBSP (tablespoons) real butter
2 TBSP all purpose flour. Make it into a paste in a hot sauce pan.
Strain and add all the juice from the bag (thru a strainer) and bring to a simmer.s
You can thin or thicken it to your liking with small amount of water.
Now you got your gravy (it will be sweet because of the brown sugar!
