One thing I forgot to mention, the nano texture display also feels smoother than the normal display, sometimes swiping on the normal feels abit gritty

Im coming from a 2017 Ipad Pro. I think based on how long these products last, going with the m4 will future proof me for another good few years to come.

The truth is that the m4 is an improved version of previously released ipads and that is a fact based on hardware used in the m4 ipad pro and for people that say it is the same as ipad m1/m2 just save up and buy it later as it is not the same😂

Hey thanks for comment, it definitely is an upgrade but what we're trying to say is that from a user experience point of view and after weighing cost and benefit, it's probably not worth the money upgrading from a more recent model for the average user unless money isn't an issue. But youre right in saying it is an upgrade with the new chip, screen, design, pen etc

IPad PRO and the PRO MAXare the only tablets that will upgrade when OS 18 comes out in the fall.❤

Nice review, but I think you said iOS but actually even a few versions earlier Apple changed over to iPadOS. One other thing, it’s such a bummer they removed ultra wide angle lens!! In fact, although it may seem strange to some, once I started using iPad for photography (I have my ways of making it work) I have even stopped using my DSLR for the most part and the ultra wide angle saved me from having to buy an expensive wide angle lens for my full frame and that’s the most used lens for me, too bad! Also the resolution suffers in more of the zoomed in views anyway. and it isn’t too hard to make iPad as one’s only device (other than laptops using eSIM for ‘phone’ 😅

Thanks for the feedback, I did mean IpadOS when I said IOS but good point, it can he confusing with the iPhone. True, I think the wideangle can be really useful if you don't have a phone to replace it or you need the big screen to view. DSLR lenses are so expensive. Appreciate the comment :)

After my GCSEs I’m looking to buy an iPad Pro, and I’m not sure between getting the 13 inch or 11 inch, if I were to get the 11 inch I was wondering if it is worth also getting a monitor so I could use an external keyboard and mouse with the monitor and iPad while at home at my desk, but then I could just use the iPad when I’m at school for example. What do you think? Is there any point also getting a monitor, and should I go 11 inch or 13 inch?
@kevnalysis6 ай бұрын
If you get the 11 inch, yes I'd recommend a monitor because the screen is quite small for work. The 13 inch will be easier to work with if you're not getting an external screen, the screen size is the same as the smaller macbooks. If you can afford it I'd get the 13 inch so you have no regrets later on, it will be easier to use at school and have better muti tasking capability with a bigger screen size. I've used the split screen setting on the 13" a few times aswell to have a word doc and another application open side by side. If you change your mind after you try it out apple have a generous 14 day return policy if you buy from them :)

@@kevnalysis well you can tell the sound difference from the newer MacBook pros. They’re thicker and have good bass. The m4 sound is good just not as good as the older iPad pros

This is not a MacBook Pro, it’s still an iPad, with some MacBook capabilities. People need to realize that. I have this iPad Pro and it can be used as a laptop at times but it’s still an iPad.

OLED display, Face Time camera position improved, better pen and keyboard, thinner, faster chip with ray tracing. Beyond that, you're right.
