I definitely love the stage building with the barrels, signs, etc. and wouldn't want to see them swapped out. It makes the SDCC sets feel a lot more special. The barrels were honestly the biggest selling point for me with Violent Ken because of my love of Final Fight.

On the USFII character portraits, Violent Ken does have a slightly bigger grin than Ken. So, it is probably based off of that

I pre-ordered this one and I can't say it's good until I see it in person because like Dhalsim I expected too much from him, but the articulation and the miscolored parts is a little bit of a bummer for me but still a strong released. And this one is like Ryu and the only difference is the accessories the color of shading and the props they made for Ken. I hope this one is better!

It's a cool looking figure set. I agree it would've been even better if they'd added another new head to go with the original Ken release. The barrels being big and bulky could be a problem for collectors, that are short on shelf space. I still think they're a fun background piece. Some grabbing/grasping hands for the figures could add to the fun. Maybe a larger character could be hefting/lobbing them at an opponent. Or have a figure stood on top of the whole one.

I'm happy they included a yelling head, but I'm not sold on that head sculpt. The bottom row of teeth look like they are on his lip. Maybe it looks better in person.

While watching your review, I was unboxing my Evil Ryu. I just got him today. I'm not sure if I will get this Ken. I'm not a fan of the shading. I think it's a little too much.

11:58 stage accessories are a *_MUST_* for deluxe figures that have interactive/breakable stage artifacts. So in addition to Ryu's stage signs that came with Evil Ryu, Guile's deluxe ought to have a broken and unbroken wooden crate, deluxe M.Bison should have a broken and unbroken tall, Thailand statue. ... and they could perhaps reuse those Thailand statues for a surprise release in Spring 2026 of the shoto _"...you must defeat, to stand a chance:"_ *_SHENG LONG!_* ...and I'm not talking balding, chunky, gouken, I'm talking April fools aesthetic with long white hair and a flaming dictator punch accessory.

A paint job can change a lot about an action figure. I don't need to have a set up to have the barrels. My Violet Ken shall be here this week and will likely get reviewed after Chun-Li.

SDCC 2025 bonus stage breakable car with damage parts and player 2 figure... maybe Player 2 Cammy as a smaller box real estate character... thoughts????

Juhn in multiple interviews said guile and cammy and deejay are coming very soon. And seeing we saw in package shots of them makes me think September we should see them hit targets in some areas. And Juhn said the breakable car might be off the table. But I like your ideas a lot.
