For Hybe, the strategy is to gather the Ador board and rewrite the 2025 and 2026 music plan for New Jeans. Lessen the number of performances, social media activity and corporate sponsorships. Let NJ girls focus on dance training and music writing and their own choreography without the help of dance consultants, music producers and choreographers. In other words, purposely let the Hybe well run dry and keep them off social media. The BEST way to counteract NJ and MHJ's media influence (and it'd be foolish to ignore the fact that they've snowed a ton of people) is to promote BTS and ALL the other HYBE artists. Big Businesses only understand one language and only hear one voice: MONEY. ARMY, put your money where your mouths are. When MHJ released the stock opinion to the media,which was to be confidential. HYBE filed with the courts about it. Girls going on live that she knew about ,but didn't stop . Not doing the job she was suppose to be doing,working with the girls. She has one shot at getting her money for her stock,don't see her getting any big money from HYBE. They face a monumental challenge and must present compelling evidence to the court that ADOR/HYBE breached the contract. This task is highly improbable as they have failed to show credible evidence, and ADOR's/HYBE's treatment of them has exceeded industry standards. NewJeans behaviour could be seen as a breach of contract, leading to potentially catastrophic financial and career implications. K-pop contracts are notoriously stringent. Even if ADOR/ HYBE were to agree to terminate the contracts, they would still retain all rights to the name NewJeans, any names the artists recorded under, and all intellectual property rights to their songs, copyrights, master licenses, images, content, sales, downloads, streaming, royalties, appearances, brand partnerships, endorsements, commercials, sponsorships, etc. and would fully enforce the non-compete clause. Their cult-like devotion to MHJ is their demise.

I’m here just quietly waiting for HYBE’s response to the demands. I keep wondering about the contracts and what details there are. It isn’t easy to break a 7 year contract and to do so costs $$$$. I never thought I’d get so invested in something 1/2 way around the world, but as a Kdrama fan, this is better than any script written!!!
