Thank you for this practice test. I’m studying for my NJ exam. I do have a question regarding #29. It says that conventional loans have the highest down payment. How can that be when the minimum down payment required for a conventional loan is 3% while an FHA loan minimum down payment is 3.5%? Conventional loans only require 10-20% if it’s a second home or an investment property.

Are these actual questions from the test? My exam is tomorrow and I’ve been stressed trying to study all day all of these questions and trying to remember it all but these are the easiest questions I’ve come across i know the answers to almost all of them which makes me skeptical lol

Agree. Yet I think the question is just designed to show the seller still owe broker payment.

I agree, it is poorly worded. I think it means that the seller will give it to the broker and the broker will give it to the agent but then again, how about the broker? Perhaps, the seller still owes the full commission fee to the seller broker and agent and buyer brokers and the agent.
