Robert you're a great instructor! I bought the course because for one you're not even just saying it it's a great value, and your faster spoken "let's go lets go we you got this" attitude is really motivating compared to other courses and classes who simply give you information. Basically, you're just a lot easier to listen too- really engaging.

This is, by far, the most engaging and simplified crash course I've viewed. I just passed my course exam a few days ago but after reviewing for the real test I'm taking next week, I've been stressing out because there are so many things I either forgot or just fully don't understand. The real definitions of some of these terms are challenging to grasp but this video does an amazing job at simplifying it. On top of that, this guy's energy is so great that it makes me listen and grasp the material so much better. I feel like I'm being personally taught. I might just have to purchase the full crash course.

Truly appreciating the information in this video. Please advise. @ 1:09:00 or thereabouts, you say that you can lease out the property as a life tenant, but your slide shows that the life tenant may not sell, lease, or encumber the property. That makes this concept confusing. Please help.

Hi I am in Connecticut and need to pass the national PSI exam. I see that your Bundle of rights are different? will this help me for my national?

Great question. This bundle of rights are the same throughout the nation. Some people might use little variations of Use, Possess, Transfer, Encumber, and Enjoy. That's just how they learned it. The message is still the same, though. These videos are designed to cover the national portion of the exam that PSI administers in all of its states. So, if you're in Connecticut, I definitely recommend that you join the full program! Hope this helps.
