Lol I was actually LAUGHING uncontrollably by your reaction. This song is a bit racy, which is very different from the other Stray Kids M/Vs'. When I watched this for the 1st time, I thought it was sensual at the start, but the then the mirrored effect with the dance made me think that it was the "light and dark" of oneself struggling to find balance.

Theres 8 members 4:20 , theres more of these unit songs, theres also 3racha by Bang Chan, Changbin and Han which is a drill rap song. Taste by Lee Know, Hyunjin, Felix which has a red lights vibe since tid also R&B, and Can’t Stop by Seungmin and I.N, these are official unit songs and dont have music videos. theres also Muddy water by Changbin, Hyunjin, Han and Felix. And waiting for us by Bang Chan, Lee Know, Seungmin and I.N!! Red lights is part of 3 unit song sets, theres also Surfin by Lee Know, Changbin and Felix and Gone Away by Han, Seungmin and I.N. Those have music videos unlike the other 3 songs i mentioned.

I was laughing the entire time and your stunned expression haha. Thank you for checking it out!! There are 8 members in Stray Kids (today, used to be 9). The song is actually about their work obsession/compulsion to always be improving, but the video...well...that's open to interpretation (in my opinion) and was the song that showed that DANG, Hyunjin can SING. It's such a great vibe. From this mini-song camp series, next I suggest the unit song "Surfin'" with Changbin, Felix and Lee Know. It's more of a 'summer fun song' but gives you an inkling into their personalities. Thank you again for doing this!

Who wouldn't love Hyunjin and Bangchan after watching this? Even when I play this (the song not the video lol) around my non-kpop friends they love it. For a stray kids song, I'd recommend Levanter as it's softer than most of the ones you've seen and could help you explore their discography a bit :)

Been enjoying your reactions! Another like this is the DanceRacha unit (Hyunjin, Felix, Lee Know) song called Taste. Also, like with other SKZ songs, there is a dual meaning to this song, the surface impression and the deeper one about fighting one’s obsessions knowing they are bad for you but struggling to resist.

Another one you should listen to is taste of you like this kind of vibe. The other members really shine with their vocals. Red lights had an ot8 version too that is amazing. I also recommend listening to surfin - it’s a summer vibe and so good. Cant stop by Seungmin and IN is also very good!

you should react to taste by felix, lee know and hyunjin!! i think you would be able to recognize lee know and know him a bit more, there’s also other songs that don’t include all of the members like surfin, can’t stop, muddy water, etc

@4:19 - There are 8, not 7 members. According to the explanation given by Bang Chan and Hyunjin, Red Lights was *meant* to be about obsessive inner struggles with working all the time, their inner anxieties, dealing with the fact that they (as most people) struggle with the feeling they've lost control of their lives.......etc. But the choreo, the imagery, etc in the video came across very differently, and now it's become this "sexual" thing. Even Hyunjin, in one of his live videos while he was watching the Red Lights M/V, said something to the effect of....."Oh! I guess people would see that as sexy." meaning he didn't really think about it before. Whatever their original intentions were, Red Lights has become a different animal entirely. So now they kindof play on that during live performances, and all of the members get "chained" around the neck for part of the song. Personally, I like all the different interpretations of Red Lights. As with other idol groups, SKZ have been under contract not to date for the first few years after they debuted (although that requirement should be expired by now since it's been 5 years.). I know they're trying to stay as "clean" as they can to retain their younger fan base and not offend fans in different countries. But c'mon......they're all in their 20s now and I think it's perfectly OK to start showing more adult themes.

i know that you remembered their names, but to remind: 0:34 is Bang Chan (real name Bang Christopher). ge is a leader of the group and also a part of 3racha, so a rapper and a producer. he is Australian like Felix 0:49 is Hyunjin (full name Hwan Hyunjin). he is a part of dance racha, so one of the main dancers. he is also the most influential idol of 4th generation if u liked the vibe u can try TASTE (by Lee Know, Felix and Hyunjin) and Drive (by Bang Chan and Lee Know)

don't even get me started on red lights (no wonder it's an 18 or over MV) that MV made me feel things that I can't talk about here but just believe wen I say that's the kinda song I'd imagine being in a film like 50 shades of grey. On a side not my SKZ bias is Felix and my wreckers are Lee Know, Bang Chan and Changbin but Hyunjin is slowly becoming a wrecker aswell.. Also SKZ are my second ult group
