Red lights is about how they struggled with their own thoughts. Although they love doing what they do, being passionate about their work (making music, dancing etc.) that it came to the point they are obsessed with it and it's hard to stop. At the end they see their selves being exhausted in the mirror. The song has a double meaning but like Chan said, it depends on how you decipher it. 😏

Others have already explained the concept of the song -- obsession/compulsion about something (in their case, their work/art) and the struggle between what they _should_ do and what they _do_ do -- but the visual aspects of the dance and video are that they're two sides of the same person/two personalities in one body, at war with and struggling for dominance over each other (Hyunjin made reference to it being like Venom). That's why there's all the mirrored moves and staring at each other and being bound and each of them having a different color of lights and whatnot.
