how would one get into karting? The Elkhart Grand Prix was just here this past weekend. My cousin and I are interested in getting his daughter in a kart

The Ignite program is the best way to get into karting for the beginner because everyone is on the same chassis, motor and tire combo and it’s the most cost efficient. The kind of chassis depends on how old she is. You can either jump right in and buy the kart or I offer Arrive & Drive sessions to try it out before you buy into it. As of now, I only have the K3 chassis which is for 15 years old and up but they start them as young as 4 years old in a Kid Kart.

what is the age limit for the seniors class ? any class for 60 yr olds?

Ignite Senior is 15 years old and up. For a 60 year old, you could race in the Ignite Legends class which is 50 years old and up.
