I fished for a week down there last week. Won a private redfish tournament. I bet I caught 150 undersized trout during the seven days, using only artificials. But I also had three snook, and two were oversize at 30" and 34".

@@FishiganMilligan I usually throw swim baits, am lures and lately I’ve been getting into those Salt Strong lures with either a 1/16 oz jighead or 1/8th oz depending how high the water is, tons of hookups, I sometimes throw a 4 inch vudu shrimp, I’ve landed overshot reds cruising through there and the random snooks/mangroves if you drift close enough to the bridge
