The green guy with the orange cape is really neat. I would have loved to have that guy when I was a kid even if he wasn't in the movies.

Those are pretty cool. Never knew Elephant Mon was head of security at Jabba's.

Figures look nice! Looking at the way these new figures were sculpted and painted , I found it interesting to compare them to the Kenner originals. A fresh view at figures I have known by heart most of my life. Thanks for another great video!

I probably shouldn't be this way because the idea of having a vintage Hermie Odle and Ephant Mon at all is so cool. Regardless, i've always had a problem with how these guys try to attempt to recreate the vintage kenner feel. Especially around RotJ, those figures had the correct colors when it comes to the tones and a decent sculpt for the time, there is plenty of legitimately good sculpt work on several of them, the problem is that they didn't have that much detail when it came to the paint applications, and while the sculpts for the time were decent, they were also usually very soft. These guys seem way too vibrant and under detailed, they don't really fit in with yak face or amanaman.

I got a few of there a few weeks ago. I was very impressed! Just ordered one more a week ago. Didn't know the names either. Wasn't a fan of the last wave, but these are very nice.

Cool cantina collection of figures here, thanks! The Olde figure is unique also, and in the classic movie, they should've given him more screen time.

Update: I got my Hermi today!! It said last one of the original paint scheme like yours…so glad I got one! Thanks always for your content…I’m losing it for Stan Solo’s Yarna!!! Answer me this…cloth or plastic dress!?!?

I love the cantina aliens from The Next 17. The sculpts and paint schemes match perfectly with the Kenner cantina aliens. I'm not as big a fan of Ephant Mon and Hermie Odle from this line because they don't match the improved sculpt and paint quality of the Kenner Jabba's palace aliens, which were better sculpted and had better paint jobs than the figures from 1979.

These are cool, but never got into collecting these new ones or the retro line hasbro does. I just slowly add an original figure to my collection every now and then.

The "devil guy" is a Devaronian. Maybe not anymore since Disney decannonized all of the expanded universe under the Legends banner. I'm sure though that if that figure was released in '77 it would have been called Devil Guy lol.

This is smart reuse of the molds? I’ll check out the website. Cubism in the name of the Picasso art style.

These videos are always a treat. The last time I thought about such things was when I bought the original Kenner figures (either used or copies) for my baby sister, decades ago. It's nice to see the enthusiasm continue

My point was that these are made in a factory, which makes them feel more like actual vintage figures than your typical custom, which is probably 3D printed or made of resin.

Be careful man, you should get checked out. You sound out of breath, it could be a sign of something bigger. Just saying it because we love ya not to be a smart ass. Same thing was happening to me just from talking.
