Hey greggo I have an interesting dish for you to make, its called "Papa Ghanouj" its a very tasty middle-eastern dish. Ingredients: -Eggplant 🍆 -Chilli green pepper (small) 🌶 -Tahina -garlic -Olive oil -fresh lemon juice 🍋 -pomegranate -coriander 🍃 Steps: 1- stab 🔪the eggplant and bake it until the liquid comes out of its skin. 💦 2-peal off the eggplant so only the white is left. 3-Smash 🔨just a little bit of pepper and garlic and salt all together till they become very small bits.(smash dont use mixer) 4-Smash the pealed eggplant and put it in a bowl.(dont use mixer) 5-Add Lime juice quickly before the eggplant gets oxidized and turn black. 6-add Tahina, smashed garlic and chilli pepper. 6-stir them all together till the mixture feels like hummus, 🍲if its too liquid just add tahina, if too solid add some water. 7-finally, make a gentle circle with your finger in the dish in the middle of the plate and pour some olive oil in there, and sprinkle some pomegranate and coriander.😍 Very popular and appetizing and healthy side dish 😋that you would love for sure, its usually eaten with tortilla arabic bread, but you can eat it anyway you want. 🤙🏼 Remember to smash, dont use mixer ir it will be like a smoothie
