What I appreciate most among other things good, is that Dan presents all videos in English. He could easily have done in his native language or in German, as he seems to live in a German-speaking region of Switzerland, but he prefers to make reviews in English. Thanks for that.

Hi Dan, This has got to be the most comprehensive review of this car I've seen on KZbin! Well done, mate. I only wish you would have shown those speakers in action, but I digress. 😌 I adore this car, especially in this colour. I'll probably by one in a year or two but there's no doubt in my mind that it'll be this one.

@@SDADanCars a couple of things to note: here in the UK we have three GT line S version. Pretty much identical, but only 160hp and no ambient light as far as I know. In return we get a massive sunroof and electric adjustable driver seat with two memory positions.

I really like this car. I have been eyeing it for quite some time now and after the facelift even more and I'll probably buy the 1.5 T-GDi DCT GT line version in the beginning of next year. Too bad they used quite a lot of the piano black, but that's about the only flaw that bothers me, and I guess I'll put up with it in the end. Coming from i30 Fastback 1.4 T-GDi MT, the interior controls looks very familiar to me. If you would buy this car, what color would you choose? It has been almost a year since you tested i30 but if you would compare these two cars in terms of outside noise in the interior, which is better and by how much? From your drive video it looks like the XCeed is very quiet. Thanks for the video👍.

Hey man best choice u make 1.5 160 HP is slot power and economy daily drive or highway I love this engine sec good is 1.4 140 HP both is very strong and economy for Europe road and I tell you advise don't buy fastback is no good heave slow and back very closely no see good best choice go xceed 1.5 or Sportage but depends what you need or reasons if city only go xceed 1.5 or hybrid both good for economy daily drive.

Mostly Focus due to the high price of this XCEED. Also, this has a lot of piano black which it's not nice because in time it'll look awful.

On this top spec model, kia should of put light strips inside so at night they glow that would be so awesome, but apparently you can buy them and add it yourself via the usb😮👍🏻

If you also fold the bottom part of the rear seats then you will have a perfectly flat surface , but in order to be able to be perfectly inline you will need to take off the headrests of the rear seats and you also won't be able to use the front seats all the way back, thing that becomes a little inconvenient if you are a tall driver. The whole concept is nothing new, it debuted in 2007 with the I30.

i dont understand the logic in the dashboard materials.... upper part soft, lower part hard. i dont touch or kiss the upper part at all, but i bang my knee on the lower side pretty often...it makes much more sense to me to have lower part soft... overall nice car, i like the space fot the spre wheel as well. that gloss black is terrible, i would wrap it the first day after purchase.
