Really interesting hearing Danny’s story. I think a lot of parents would say the same if you drop out of college to join a boyband, especially back then as that was an old school era where people did things a certain way. It truly worked out. I guess sometimes parents just need to trust a child’s path.

Because that was their group name from Day 1, that's why.

@@blueyedlady Amen and they won't always be. Even when NKOTB, happebed, everyone still called them New Kids on the Block and that's okay. Before anyone even _thought_ of abbreviations, as in before it was cool, lol- my friends and I would just say: "New kids."

Haha! Well, they’re technically not “new” either or on a “block” so if we took the whole thing literally, it would be a shambles. It really is just a band name and nothing more so all is good!
