The kidssmart web browser on my son's phone doesn't work. When he tries to open it, it automatically closes after about two seconds. I have tried to call, email, live chat, and use the support button on the parental control app for help but no way of getting in contact.

It doesn't let your kids delete text and picture messages, it has a parent portal, and the Bark parental controls subscription is included in the price, and it costs $49/month. Some other great features i'd like to mention is that parents can remotely lock the device, parents can block websites and apps, parents can decide if they want their kids to have access to Gmail, KZbin, and more, set time limits, manage phone calls and text messages, and even see what websites, your child visited. Compare the Bark phone with the Pinwheel and Gabb phones. The Gabb phone lets you block phone calls and texts, but only after those calls and texts have been sent, With The Bark and Pinwheel phones, you can block contacts before info comes through, All phones have the ability to track your kid's location, The Bark phone plan includes the phone case, all phones have parental controls, with the Bark, the phone grows with your child and allows you to add more apps as they get older, Bark gives you automatic monitoring, thanks to Bark subscription included, and more

@@FamilyTech Another thing with the Bark phone, is that you can decide how much data that your kids get every month, If you want to save money on your kids phones, you're going to want their plan with unlimited calls and texts and unlimited WiFi-only data, it costs $50/month plus taxes. If you do want to get your kids some cellular data, you may want to consider their plan with unlimited calls, texts, with 4 gigabytes of cellular data, and unlimited data when your kids are using the internet on your home WiFi, and it costs $60/month plus tax. For kids that want lots of data, you're going to be looking at the plan with unlimited calls, text and WiFi data, and 8 gigabytes of cellular data, which costs $70/month plus tax, but i'm not gonna recommend this plan, i think that most families should get their $50/month plan, or the $60/month plan, because both the $50 and $60 dollar plans are perfect for families on a budget. I'm also not gonna recommend that you get the Bark phone for your kids if you have 3 or 4 kids who want phones, because Bark doesn't offer a discount when you have more kids on their service, like Verizon, AT&T, and T-Mobile do. A good "cheaper" option would probably be that you give your kids an old smartphone, or get them a non-touchscreen flip phone, or a cheap Nokia C100 through one of the prepaid T-Mobile mvnos, like Consumer Cellular, they offer flip phones for $50, they also have cheaper plans starting at $20/month. The Consumer Cellular specific Nokia C100 costs $100, for families that have two or three kids that want to have phones, i would say, sign up for Consumer Cellular, and buy a brand new phone for one of your kids, and give the rest of your kids older smartphones, and put all of your kids on the same Consumer Cellular phone plan, and pay separately for the Bark parental controls subscription, if you do that, you'd pay $75 or less every month for your kids' phones

Hello, Your videos are very helpful. I have a challenging situation. My daughter is special needs, she is 29 years old but like a 3 year old and doesn't not understand safety (no filter). So with that said it's been challenging getting my daughter completely safe. I currently use the Qustodio app and as you mentioned it is limited and not consistent. Considering the Bark phone. In your professional opinion without me having to go all over the youtube/internet and not having a lot of time due to being my daughters caretaker...In a nut shell please help me to get my daughter the safest phone/app to keep her safe...

Thank you for this excellent overall review. One clarifying question. On the one hand, you said that there was an unlimited messenger. On the other hand, you said that only people in contacts with special permissions could call or text the kid. So, can people not in the contacts list call the kid? That means someone needs to keep the contacts list up-to-date, and that doesn't happen in my family.
