You definitely need to have good tracking skills with her. Since you can't see where the survivors are when phasing you have to rely solely on the scratch marks. Maybe the Blood Hound perk would be good to have the blood marks even more visible combined with another Hex Ruin perk. Some players may not cleanse the ruin because they're scared it might trigger the exposed effect so you could take advantage of that.

She has an extremely high skill cap, I don’t think she’s as hard to learn as the nurse but I feel like in some aspects and areas she may in fact be higher. But as a whole she will be difficult. She’s like the nurse in the sense that you get punished for playing without being good. “Rancor” would be replaced easily by a Mori.... although her pallet break perk combined with enduring and brutal strength is filthy
