I love my mystic stealth harness. Awesome is that it won't suck any water because they use Eva foam instead of textile. I really recommend trying this thing.

Seen this type of system before on AK harness. The safety issue i see is that if that ratchet fails it just gonna wide open, no extra hook at end or anything like that. Well, at least this one has two per side, AK has one on one side.

I drank the ride engine koolaide, 2018 sabre?, I found the position of the straps to be so far behind me I’d tweak the muscle in my shoulder in the cold when I adjusted it Ended up buying the unity system. As an upgrade. I couldn’t undo it. Got a warranty replacement. That was so tight when undoing it it sheared the plastic enclosure getting out of it… warranty replacement. The new one had a different design. No product recall. Just silently letting things fail and replaced as needed. That to me says they have zero interest in their customers’ safety. Never going to touch their products again. Mystic did a public recall on their harness. They got crucified for it, but personally id trust them to do the right thing.

Hello I just bought the harness and I have one worry. The shape of the hook. I am afraid that chickenloop will go out of the hook in very gusty condition because of it's very narrow shape. Did you experience any issues please with this?

We have not experienced that issue! I'm looking right now at the RE Hyperlock Elite, Manera Halo V2 harness/hook, and Mystic Stealth Gen 3 Hook, The Manera and Ride Engine hooks look almost identical, the Msytic has a wider/open down stem to the hook but the hook opening is a similar size as well. If you do experience any issues I wouldn't hesitate to reach out to Ride Engine, that sort of feedback is super useful to companies and with the RE crew, they'd probably be very generous in getting you set up with a different system. If you bought it through us and that becomes an issue reach out to our REAL Pros and they can get the conversation started with Ride Engine.

@REALWatersports thank you very much for the info:) my mystic stealth bar is more "C" shaped then the ride hook so we will see 😂 it may be issue only in very gusty conditions from no wind to bombs I think. I have the harness at home and it feels awesome on the body, hyperlock system is really a huge gamechanger.

Does the drag through the water in a crash or what not sometimes open those up at all? I read about that on the foot pads that used those buckles.

Haven't had this happen or anything negative with this harness yet. We have been grinding it into the sand before use, riding it hard and putting it away wet with no issues.
