Hi Kelly, I don’t see the new “Build knowledge base” option with the page content extractor. I can only see a “Knowledge base” option with the sitemap extractor but without the page content extractor. Do I have to upgrade my plan to use this feature?

I've been wondering about knowledge base management in CBB. I don't understand why you don't use similar system as Voiceflow, Stack AI or even VectorShift for the KB population. I mean, what happens if I have about 10 PDF each 40 pages, that I want my chatbot to draw its response from?

This actually gives you more control over the prompt and the output. Unlike Voiceflow that is not as intuitive and will cost you a small fortune in tokens, CBB gives it's users easy ways to create prompts and run the chatbot exactly as they want without the hidden cost. This video only shows how to use our chatbot knowledge base builder but if you explore the options in the ai settings you can also add documents and use templates to create an ai chatbot.

We can handle up to 10k files. VoiceFlow has a long way to go to catch up

Hey sorry that was only for that week I was doing a challenge. But we now offer a free account where you can test things out and learn before you go pro. The only limit is that you get up to 25 contacts because it is meant to be a learning account

Hi Kelly so my prompt completly fails when I try to import like thirty plus Websites i always get this error to the most basic questions and I'm not using any Jason at all : Error: Expected property name or '}' in JSON at position 1 (line 1 column 2) can you please point me in the right direction question mark
