The transmission itself is probably worth $100K BY ITSELF. Just in materials and assembly time alone. But if it was possible to downsize it to only have a third of the torque capacity, then you could POSSIBLY get it to under $20K. Still an expensive transmission, but it would be much more feasible.

I've never heard any manufacturer willing to do this kind of project, I mean, it never happened before, taking an older model chassis fitting multiple latest technology into it from multiple currently available model and creating a whole amazing package. Koenigsegg really a brand that make dreams come true, imagination is the limit, if this kind of project is possible to be done, the future is bright for any kind of opportunities for Koenigsegg. this is truely another level. no one expecting Chimera to be born. well done.
