Recently, India had renamed Indian penal code. Now it has been changed to Bharat nyay sanhita. The concept of penal is removed, and nyay that is justice is replaced accordingly sword is replaced.

You're wrong mam. In our movies, they don't say that "Insaf andha hai", they say that "Kanoon andha hoti hai". They also say-- Kanoon andha hota hai but is ke haath bade lambe hote hen. Things need change with time, therefore, India has brought in so many laws now. It's first time since 1880 that Indian Penal Code (IPC) is changed to Bhartiya Nyaay aur Sudhar Samhita (BNSS). Also, Criminal Research Procedure Code (CRPC) is changed to Bhartiya Evidence Code.

For Pak, I would like to suggest the following changes : a) The Lady should be replaced with a bearded male in traditional attire with the constitution under his foot. b) Scales must be replaced with the Army insignia : Imaan, Taqwa, Jihad fi... c) Sword can't be replaced as long as the Blasphemy Law exists ! (Sar tan say juda).
