Depends on area. In Porsche places of Srinagar, atleast 3 Crore. ( And I mean that seriously, atleast) and if they get an feeling you're an outsider, expect that to double.

@@coolguyzoki Leh is out of bounds. Government of Ladakh has already de-facto brought back the state subject law which was prevalent in state of J&K. That's the only reason that Kargil Muslims have stopped large scale protests is because article 35A was reintroduced with other names. Expect similar things to happen in J&K when there is some kind of reapproachment between Delhi and Srinagar. But for the time being, I think the best place if you really wanna buy is Jammu. Although I would suggest buy somewhere else if you really want to buy land, you would get better returns as the situation would be more stable.

Marla is different in every state. You need to check how much square yards are in 1 Marla in your state. 400sq. meter are approx. 478sq. yards.
