Perhaps the vanilla you pick up is from the benzoin? I love my bottle. I've only tested it on paper to spray it out. I always wait a few weeks at least because I make monthly trays. This will be on deck next month. I was very impressed with the scent on paper and kept sniffing it for days! I was never interested in the OG Teriaq because I don't do Rhubarb.

Hello Arahi, 👋 I do have a question: Is the open a vanilla note, or is it a vanillic style Benzoin pulling up from the table note of the Benzoin listed in the base notes? I haven't gotten my nose on this one yet. How long does the vanilla note last, and does it move through the entire wear of the frag? I am more interested in the Plum Liquor accord with Benzoin acting as a little helper. I am glad the 2 frags are different ❤ price point combined with poor performance 😢. These are two factors that are keeping me from purchasing right now. I think I will hunt down a 5ml to sample first. Hi Denise and happy Sunday! The backdrop of the opening to my nose does have a faint vanilla in the background but what you will get is that Plum liquor for sure. For me it intensifies as the fragrance evolves and I am enjoying that!!! You described it perfectly because to my nose the Benzoin is just helping out all throughout the journey.... as a matter of fact it takes the back seat quite often to allow other notes to shine! I think sampling it is wise as I do believe most of us were expecting something a bit different! Nonetheless, I am really happy with the considerable twist! I Like the teriaq intense.. to me this does Lean feminine to unisex .. definitely not as strong as the original. but nevertheless, I like it. It goes with the theme.. it's better than I thought it was going to be .. I think I will learn to love it. it took me six months to like the original and it now smells absolutely lovely.. so I have high hopes for this one

So it sounds like a niche perfume 😍. I love plum notes like it’s in paragon. The OG didnt get me at the beginning, but after a few days it was getting better and better. Now I’m loving it. Hopefully the intense version will be the same experience. But I’ll waiting after the hype slowed down and the price will be lower. The only thing that I don’t understand is the name. It’s not a flanker, so why teriaq intense??
