I wore bare minerals for years. Bisque was originally an eyeshadow, and the owner found people using it as a concealer. They then made the pots bigger for it to be their concealer.

I love the peach and lily gift set. I bought it a few years ago and it got me hooked on the brand. I got it for my sister the next year, and now she’s hooked. We will both be purchasing their value set this year lol P.s. my 2 year old walked through while I was watching this and saw you on the screen and said “is that Belle?” I said “no, her name is Jessica.” And she goes “actually that’s Elsa!” So obviously you’re a princess ❤😂

You can get the big foundation sized jars of the Bare Minerals concealer on QVC a few times thru the year. I actually wear that in Bisque as my foundation. I used to work for Bare Escentuals. Love 'em.

I’m eyeing some gift sets to mix and match for my sister & sister in laws. I got suckered to the tatcha night cream bundle from Sephora last week, but I will never regret buying that cream. It’s amazing. Also, I just rewatched all of last years vlogmas because I was freshly postpartum and was half watching then. I’m glad you guys decided to do it again this year. It is as much of a tradition to watch as is baking Christmas cookies for me. ❤️

I think the ulta cologne one would be great for pre-teen/young teen boys who want to venture into cologne but have no idea what they like. Getting to try 16 for $25 would be worth it in my opinion!

I've been a fan of Mineral cosmetics for years. I like how easy it is to use and the coverage is very natural looking. I haven't tried the Bare Minerals, I did like using the Lashtopia mascara. Take care everyone 🌹

FYI I JUST went to try and get free perfume samples and the only one I was able to get was 1 by chanel. They all said it was something they didn't really do any more. Plus the bottle sizes are different.

I agree one would have to know someone pretty well to purchase these kits, they certainly are not inexpensive. I feel like everyone jumped on the gift set wagon but they are not nearly as good as they used to be. But they do have their place, like you said for trying out multiple items. I never buy full size mascara (and, actually, I only ever buy mascara when I get brown mascara because you get so many mascara samples for free with codes etc) but happy whenever someone else preaches the knowledge of mini mascaras! By the time they dry out you're supposed to replace them anyways!

Keep in mind the perfume set is not spray bottles it’s a little dropper but I have a few with the dropper and they are really easy to use and the product doesn’t come out too fast or have too much

The Buxom Lip Polish in Dolly, maaan! I LOVE it. I'm on my 3rd full-sized tube and I always get at least one of the mini sets over the holidays. I picked up that set at Ulta last week and LOVE it. The one with a little shimmer -- like you said - always 100% perfect, pretty, not too much, not too little. Love the minty fragrance, too. I may pick up a second mini kit -- the larger size is good to have at home but it's a little large for my on-the-go makeup bag.

The atomizer is an empty spray bottle to hold the perfume.

You can fill the atomizer with the perfume (like pour the liquid into it) for a purse or something. They’re usually prettier bottles with lids instead of the little sample bottles that don’t have one!
