Services are so pathetic i have a Icube which i have given for services and it has a battery issue its been more than month and the vehicle is sitting at service centre i have to call them daily just to take a update from past 10 days i have been listening there jazz that battery is in near by location it should ne delivered within 2days and now its been more than a month fucked up services i spoke to multiple agents different people so many time but theres no change ill be sending a legal notice asking for compensation if not provided then ill file a case in consumer court

@@tvsmotorcompany I have already done this multiple time no one is able to help all they provide me is a TAT and from past 10 days that's all I am getting you are employees are such a scam they will give TAT for 2 days were in they well aware it will be holiday after two days and there phone is switched off your territory manager for Mumbai Muddassar he doesn't reply to my email your service centre manager for supreme Motors ulhasnagar doesn't pick up my call and now my number is in block list if you cannot provide a service then shut down the company and shove it your shiny ass because I have paid for this product and I need my services or else I'll be filling a legal complaint against your company

Never Buy TVS Products! I purchased a TVS Jupiter less than 2 years ago, and I’ve faced repeated issues with its belt breaking and pulley clutch problems. Despite maintaining the vehicle properly, these issues keep recurring. After checking TVS's social media accounts, I noticed that many customers are complaining about similar problems. This clearly shows a lack of quality and reliability in their products. I strongly advise everyone to avoid TVS vehicles unless they improve their quality and address customer concerns seriously. Very disappointed!
