I'm an Engineer by profession but always have passion in your field and economics.I feel both are immensely dependent in the intracacies and sensitivities of the common people. The dogma and prevalent perception ,specifically in our Indian society is very negative ,as u mentioned specifically for Individual lawer/advocate. Many feels this is only for people with black records and where a vakil "must" speak lie to get results in favour. I appreciate your thoughtful video to mitigate this myth. Also, hope lawyers play role and gets credited for maintaining well being of society, as of role similar to Dr. who aims to maintain wellbeing of human body. Falsehood has penetrated a lot by greedy-powerfuls ,,, V need brave committed lawyers to stand and side with TRUTH & JUSTICE .

As a client I feel it is very important that Advocates follow Code of Conduct & Ethics as prescribed by Bar Council of India or State Bar. They should be honest, sincere while dealing with clients/ potential clients.Poor clients should be charged minimum fees only

After graduating from law college when a young lawyer joins the chambers of a senior, then don't expect the senior to keep guiding and teaching at every step. The junior lawyer must himself be in a learning mode 24 X 7. The self learning has to be through reading cases, observing senior advocates areguing in the court, reading, and studying, and actually drafting cases. Don't expect spoon feeding from the senior. Rather one should be thankful to the senior for making his office available to the junior lawyer to attend and to work with the senior. This approach only will help a junior lawyer grow in the profession.
