I'm an Engineer by profession but always have passion in your field and economics.I feel both are immensely dependent in the intracacies and sensitivities of the common people. The dogma and prevalent perception ,specifically in our Indian society is very negative ,as u mentioned specifically for Individual lawer/advocate. Many feels this is only for people with black records and where a vakil "must" speak lie to get results in favour. I appreciate your thoughtful video to mitigate this myth. Also,hope lawyers play role and gets credited for maintaining well being of society, as of role similar to Dr. who aims to maintain wellbeing of human body. Falsehood has penetrated a lot by greedy-powerfuls ,,, V need brave committed lawyers to stand and side with TRUTH & JUSTICE .

To address your query: If a man genuinely wants to ensure a dowry-free marriage and avoid any false allegations or disputes in the future, there are some practical steps and safeguards that can be taken: First, make Intentions clear before marriage. From the very beginning, communicate openly with the prospective bride and her family that you are firmly against dowry. Ensure that this is documented in the form of written correspondence, like emails or texts, where both sides explicitly agree to a dowry-free marriage. Second, execute a prenuptial agreement. While not common in India, you may consider a prenuptial agreement with legal help. Although it may not be enforceable in all cases, it sets clear terms about financial matters and avoids misunderstandings later. Third, marriage registration and documentation. Ensure that the marriage is registered under the Special Marriage Act, which emphasizes mutual consent and has stricter legal safeguards. Keep all related documentation safe, such as wedding photos, videos, and receipts, to prove no dowry was exchanged. Fourth, keep wedding simple. Opt for a minimalistic and transparent wedding ceremony. Avoid any financial involvement from either side that could later be misinterpreted as dowry. Fifth, legal protections sgainst false dowry claims. Familiarize yourself with the provisions of Section 498A IPC (Old) new BNNS and the Dowry Prohibition Act. In case of false allegations, these laws have safeguards to protect the accused, including steps to prove innocence through proper documentation and evidence. Sir plz help.... Prelims exam me ek candidate DC(departmental candidate) wala horizontal reservation se pass hota h jbki uske khud ki vertical category se bhi km marks hote h.... Final result ke time uske marks departmental candidate se km hote h lekin vertical category se jyada to use konsi catagory me allow kr skte h (unreserved/khud ki vertical category/horizontal)
