I also needed some advice from you.I completed my LLB in 2012 and LLM in 2014, then prepared for judicial services until 2018, cleared mains twice but failed in interviews. After that, I briefly worked as an assistant professor from 2018 to 2020. Thereafter, I joined one law firm and then individual practising advocates in Mumbai in 2021. Currently pursuing a PhD, I struggle to sustain myself in litigation till now despite my passion to serve people through this field maintains. I am 33 yrs old. Could you please advise me for my career. I have given more than 10 yrs in legal field and still struggling financially and emotionally.

Hamara ek civil suit tha jisme hmare ane jane ka koi aur rasta nahi tha..jispar court ne stay diya..dusri party ne appeal ki..but usme bhi wo uski appeal me khariz ho gyi...ab wo fir high court appeal lagaya he..humne 1st notice nahi liya...ab kya hoga sir..kya hmara rasta band ho jaega kya hmesha le liye pls btayiye..pls

Sir please full information about advocate enrollment and what is validity of it also any person who can't focus on legal practice also now did practice for his brand and batter so sir is enrollment is for life time .

Hi sir ji namskar Mene rajasthan High court me service metters ki writ petitions file kiya thaa mujko sahkari bank me assistant manager ki post thii.muj par gaban (409) ka casse huwa jisme 10 yers se trail courts me bri kar diya .tab mene job K liye wapas dipartmt ko aplication diya tab department job nahi diya fir mene writ file kiya ab responsed case ko let to let kar rahe he or time par reply nahi de rhe hai..tab mene department me sampark kiya tab wo bol raha he ki agar court order de bhi dega tab bhi tujk job nahi dege ..writ file kiye huye 5 years ho gya he 4 time nottic ishuu huwa he or kuch nahi huwa plz help sir ..reply jarur dena me aapko 5 yers se youtube par dehka hi 0lz reply de sir kya hoga mere case ka

Sir is profession ko noble profession bolte hai. But then let suppose koi murderer hai usne murder kiya hai and ham uske lawyer hai. Ye kaha se noble hua phir. Murderer ko free karana uske liye fees lena court ko gumrah krna ye chije to hogi hi fir. then noble profession q hai is par jara prakash dale. Thank u Sir :)

@@spardha-yug unless proven not guilty. Vakeel toh kasaab ko b deeya Gaya thaa sirf isleye ke one side judgement na Ho. And this is by virtue of the Indian constitution that no matter who the person is , if he please guilty that's ok and if not he's supposed to get advocate as per rights. If he has done murder , prosecution will have to prove that he has done by providing relevant facts and evidences
