@@rivershen677 Branded Despia is tier 1 right now, that should be all you need to know. Now I personally don't play the deck, but Alba-Lenatus seems like a good 1-of option, thought it doesn't look that broken.

@@rivershen677 Despia is one of my favorite decks cuz it's super fun to play and it took me awhile to build trying with Newborn Dragon but now that it's a secret pack the odds are a lot better and the Archetype is pretty much complete with Alba Lenatus, Albaz the Ashen and Branded Banishment. Only cards outside the Archetype I'd recommend are Super Poly, Hand Traps, Foolish Burial and Allure (I use a little more odd additions but I'm sure you can throw in your own touch)

Several things: 1) FINALLY! RUNICKS AND PREDAPLANT SUPPORT! I've been waiting for those cards for a while and have a lot of gems saved up for this one Selection Pack. 2) Master Duel didn't forget about Libromancers. Libromancers were originally a TCG-exclusive archtype that will be featured in a later Selection Pack that will have all of its support at once like Beetroopers were. 3) Yeah Master Duel is definitely stalling on Illusion of Chaos because they know that SPYRALs are going to be extremely strong especially with Quik-Fix at 2. They know that the playerbase doesn't want to play against another Deck that outpaces everything else in the game

Thats crazy and you have a NEW INSANE opening 1 card combo plus if you do it without albur then tribute ambulomeledies to thwip out Darlingtonia Cobra for a branded fusion or fusion spells

Love your break down videos on the new cards and how to play certain deck types. I don't buy gems to unlock cards as I usually create through dismantling cards I have got from the free gems. Can be hard when you come up against other stronger decks but watching your videos have given me a greater insight into how a mediocre deck can win against a better deck. So keep up the great work. Also thank you for all that you do, watching you is very enjoyable.

A 10-UR Secret Pack? The only way you could spend Gems less efficiently is trying to pull from Master Packs. Look at Scareclaw opening vids, if you want an idea of how expensive/difficult it is to get 9-12 URs you want from a Secret Pack w/ more than 4-5 URs.

Actually, a 10-UR Secret Pack only makes the archetype *slightly* more accessible than just crafting the cards. Chance of pulling a UR divided-by-10, divided-by-2, to get any card you’re chasing. The only real benefit is you’re acquiring your UR dust from a pack that can give you cards you want.

I think you meant DNA Surgery, and I don't think so, it's pretty slow. Cyber dragons don't use it, and it's much easier for them to do so, unlike Despia. Buster Blader deck tho could find use to the new Albaz fusion.

Red eyes zombie dragon lord plus zombie world means you can revive any monster during your opponents turn. Big one is artifact scythe during the draw phase.

I was saving gems to build the spyral but it looks like we will get Illusion of Chaos once we get Spright or Tearlaments. I think releasing it as an UR in a structure deck would be a good idea for Konami, if that card breaks the game, they could limit or ban it without giving you any UR CP.

I'm a lil sad about the postponed DM support but I understand with how good it is for SPYRAL. But I think it's good that there is so much in the update so I'm cautiously optimistic for the future of Master Duel

Dkayed did a really informative video about this. Every single month, MD loses players, and out of the last six months, there were only two months where the number of players lost wasn’t greater than the number lost the month previous. Konami can mitigate symptoms all they want, but until they begin addressing the real problems with cards balanced for Best-of-3 matches in Best-of-1 Duels somehow, I don’t think things will improve :(

Maybe it was just me and some seriously bad luck but when I unlocked the despia pack to farm up despia (took a break from master duel so I missed the box) and it really felt like a master pack, did a ten pack opening and got 1 fallen of albaz and 1 sr magic card for despia, otherwise I unlocked FIVE other secret packs to open, definitely gonna wait a bit before attempting that again, like I said maybe it was some bad luck but I was pretty shocked how little cards I got for that secret pack theme.
