It's been a long time off the board and I just wanted to share my experience for anyone looking to get back into skateboarding or even if you're new to it. I've missed skateboarding so much and after weight gain among other life issues skating just took a far back seat. Well my friends the time for regret is over because I'm back and loving it. I'm just a little bit older and heavier but with a healthy diet, exercise and skateboarding back in my life the pounds are melting off and flexibility and strength are coming back. Dude, you have so many nice tricks! I'm hoping to get some of those down at some point. I unfortunately hurt my back just tying my shoes the other day. Sigh. Already itching to get back on the board. Take it easy.

Bro thank you I feel that deeply man. I used to get out of breath tying my shoes and I’d get a sharp pain in my side. I kindly recommend daily stretching and mobility practice. It helps so much especially when it’s time to skate but even through normal life. I can’t wait for the weather to get better to go to my curb spot again! Until then, you already know! #garagegang 😊😅

@@marcus_s2 Yeah it’s finding that sweet spot and not being to worn out from it to go skate or just live life. Strengthening the back is a big one since it takes so much impact daily not to mention skating as well. #garagegang4lyfe 😂❤️

I got taken out of skating at 26 work injury miss it so much now I fingerboard lol not tech deck real wood boards for a complete board almost $200
