So techanically the damage that goes out from R does not heal. But the on hit damage from Guinsoo + bork (since its on hit attack damage) actually heals and gets amplified by blood thirster 😊

@@arodriguez7444 Basically he is healing from botrk and guinso on hit damage (the ult procs on hit and on hit procs life steal) and also from conq, wich probably is what is healing him the most anyways. Bloodthrister amplifies the healing done from the on hit damage.

Not right now if you use rageblade with it. At the moment there is a bug which, after the first two procs it takes 5 autos/hits to proc again. It drops the damage from kat in prolonged fights especially with her ult.
