About Sinking, because you seem to have a small misconception: No sanity, doesn't refer to 0 or lower. It refers to when an opponent just does not have sanity as a stat at all. There is no sanity orb next to their HP bar. Then it's a gloom damage status. Otherwise, while an opponent has a sanity stat, all sinking does is SP damage. Only SP damage. Even at absolute lowest SP of -45, it still doesn't deal any gloom damage.

Wait, I thought that Sinking did gloom damage when a character is at -45 sanity? Isn't that why everyone loves Spicebush's Sinking Deluge?

@@fluffy7358Sinking deluge causes overflow of activated sinking to deal dmg on -45 sp enemies (specifically on the coin that activated sinking deluge), normally sinking does not do that.

@@fluffy7358 Sinking deluge consumes all sinking for count x potency damage. Specifically sinking deluge, not sinking itself.
