I have been collecting coins since 1982. It never fails that you continue to past new information in your videos. I like that remind us that grading is for the most part should be only done on real rare or extremely high grade coins.

Be careful of buying some of those "high grade" coins that are not certified. Like thay 3-Legged Buffalo Nickel that sold for $2500. Coins like that could have impaired surfaces, and could leave you "holding the bag" if it comes back from grading like that.

I bought a box of 2021-P Lincoln Shield Cents because I am like so many others stuck on the wrong side of the Mississippi and was never going to get a box so I bought a box on eBay and wow did I get lucky die cracks & cud’s on the reverse And then we found the skull and forehead die cracks shortly after It’s like a kid in a candy store situation MIND BLOWN I’m so overwhelmed with how many error coins we are looking at and have opened 4 rolls ….lol my picture taking abilities are laughable I guess it’ll be do or die getting these posted decent and timely ha

I am currently half way through a box of 2017 p sheld cents. So far 25 coins with small cud or die breaks a five that are really good examples. Usually I only find two per box but it seems he’s right if you find a couple gems more are probably in the box waiting to be found

i have tubes of the 2020 cents with the die crack not quite as bad as the one you showed but mine also have a matching die crack on the 2 oclock postion as well

I agree The Grading system on anything is a scam. People are so stupid they believe graded stuff makes the item more valuable. In reality it does not. People are stupid and will pay alot for graded stuff.

You also stated that maybe your LCS might have error coins. So my question is where do you find some of these coins other than eBay or coin shops ?
