Finally someone gives an honest review of Lisa Eldridge products. It’s like a cult following. I’ve bought some of her products and liked them but when I reached out to her customer service to return a product I didn’t like silence. I’ve since stopped buying the products. I find it strange that customers can’t review her products on her website either.

Hi Tamara, very pretty. At soon to be 63 with very dry, dehydrated skin, I’ve stopped wearing foundation as high end makes my my skin look much older. The only skin tint I’ve purchased was Cover RX. I loved it the first time I applied it so last yr I purchased another tube of it and the last two times I applied it, I washed it off. It was terrible. Hi Lauren! Yes, I did a skin tint round up collab with my friend Cindy from Beyond50skin which I will link here. Between the two of us we reviewed 10 skin tints! I kept mine to drugstore though. I really want to try the Ciele…I’ve tried the Tower 28 but haven’t reviewed it. It’s nice, but it confused me a little…at first I thought it was an SPF, but no way to apply enough to get the SPF on the label. As a tint…it’s ok, not my fav. Felt a bit heavy to me. My budget is strictly drugstore. I've been using the Maybelline serum tint. I prefer more coverage and this is perfect for me. I am a unicorn - a post menopausal, super oily, sensitive and acne prone girl. So I do use primer, powder and setting spray. I'm not a fan of super dewy, because by the time I walk out the door it's usually morphed into oil slick. 🙄 Thanks, Tamara. I always watch your take, even though we have very different skin. 😘

I ordered T-6 but will order T-8 to match my neck and chest which is much darker than my face. I use Lisa’s shade 11 for the foundation. I find that T-6 works well and I love the formula but it’s a tad on the yellow side for me.

I finally bit the bullet and ordered this today, in shade T6. I am hoping it's not a little too dark or yellow for me. I think I actually need the rosy undertone in T1, but a bit deeper. Or a neutral undertone deeper than T3, but not as deep as T6. I'm afraid I may end up needing to mix two shades. Fingers crossed that T6 works....😊

Update: I received the Lisa Eldridge Seamless Skin Enhancing Tint today in the shade T6 and the shade is definitely NOT too dark. It seems to be a good shade for me. If fact, it’s so transparent that I might even be able to go tiny bit deeper, but it works. Comparing it to the Hourglass Veil skin tint (shade 6, - Light with Cool Undertones), I find the Lisa Eldridge to be a lighter in both consistency and coverage, as you mentioned in your review. If I had to choose one, I think I would stick with the Hourglass, but they are both nice. Thanks again for such a wonderful, thorough review! I so enjoy your channel, and I greatly value your opinion. 😊

Actually, in Lisa's videos she demonstrates blending with fingers. A brush can work...I have found that a sponge absorbs too much product and lessens the already light coverage.

The Rituel de fille has a more concentrated pigment with more of a medium coverage and is also more glowy. The Lisa Eldridge is more sheer, with light to very light medium coverage and more of a satin skin like finish. I do love and use them both for different reasons. Sometimes I'll mix one drop of the Rituel de fille in with a few drops of the Lisa Eldridge Tint to add a bit more coverage and glow. But I also enjoy them both on their own.

@@karlalaw9337 I haven't tested the Lisa E on my super dry winter skin...it might not be moisturizing enough? The rituel de fille is beautiful on mature dry skin with fine lines. Keep in mind Lisa E is a light coverage tint with a satin finish and rituel de fille is a light to medium coverage foundation with a glowy finish... it also depends on what level of coverage and what type of finish you are looking for. Although the RDF can be sheered out. For my super dry winter skin, my fav light coverage tint is Hourglass Veil Hydrating Skin Tint. And again, sometimes I mix the rituel de fille to it to add coverage. Hope this helps!

What exactly did you prep your skin with before using the LE skin tint? I love the tint, but unfortunately it is separating on my skin. I’m thinking it is the Prequel Vitamin C serum that could be causing the peeling. Any suggestions?

Frustrating! I think I’ve heard from others prequel C occasionally does that? I used Timeless vitamin c, DRMTLY Peptide Night cream and have used the tint over a couple different SPFS, including DRMTLGY BrOAD spectrum SPF 45 and Agency Silk Screen.

I tried a sample of the Lisa Eldridge foundation l, and like you, I did not care for it at all. I was interested in trying the skin tint, but not one shade looks like a good match for me. I have a cool/neutral undertone, and ALL of her shades look very yellow to me. I guess I'm going to have to pass on this one. You look lovely as always though!

I am def experiencing laxity and sagging under my chin and on my neck...you can't see it as much head on but in profile is more noticable. I am able to tolerate tretinoin on my neck so I put all my skin care including my tretinoin on my neck hoping to slow down the process.

As a MUA I suggest just apply a bit of concealer on ur dark spots. The skin tint is beautiful and looks lovely on u. Don’t give up on it.
