To get the secret badge, you must to go a game called “Obby but you have a long arm” In there, you must obtain the badge which you get by completing the tutorial under 100 seconds. Once you get the badge, rejoin Noob Army Tycoon and you will be given the “secret” badge and the special skin for soldier
