That's a pretty long routes (Montreal - St-Pierre et Miquelon, once a week) for a slow ATR. Why don't they contract Jazz with a CRJ instead? (And keep the ATR for the shorter Halifax route). Unless the bilateral is a unilateral to the french...

I'm not sure that there is a lot of demand for FSP for Jazz. And I think that most of the passengers in the Air St-Pierre go to Paris by Montreal.
