hey! Quick question... In accrual tracking, do you include the sales tax you pay on items you buy when adding to the purchases on your spreadsheet? Or do you back it out? I mean the sales tax you pay in the store at time of purchase

Yes typically the sales tax paid is recorded as part of the overall inventory cost.
