Depends on stack height too. Lonos have a higher stack. If you want to get as low to the ground as possible vivo primus lite 3 still lower stack. Tolos pretty good too and cheaper than primius lite but Vivo still wins in terms of a lower stack height

Lono looks like they got it going on over vivo for width, so that'll bring them a lot of business in itself. It's the reason I don't buy vivo, Be Lenka has been what I've invested in so far and can't beat that toe box as well as the width of the midfoot. These Lonos are on the radar for sure. Thanks for showcasing them.

According to the sizing charts online Lono is wider than belenka is that true?

@@docksloan Where are you comparing if you don't mind me asking? Toe box doesn't matter in D width shoe for someone that has a 4E foot (simply because their foot won't fit in a shoe of the proper size). Belenka says it is a 10.2cm in a size 43, which is textbook D width. My midfoot is 11.5, for example and simply isn't going to fit. My Primus Lite III are 11.2 so they are close but still too tight and because of their construction not very accommodating. The Knit are the same but stretchy, so it has less impact. This stuff can be a pain for people with extra wide feet, unfortunately. As for the Flow, people may be looking at the chart wrong, I was when I commented above. A 43 suggests a foot size of 270 x 123 but the shoe size is 278 x 105, that is a lot of spillover in the upper. None of that takes arch height and instep volume into account. Having a 4E foot with high arches and high instep makes buying barefoot shoes difficult. Especially if they are not stretchy.

Did you get it in the same size as your vivo primus lite 3? Is it the same lenght wise?
@docksloan6 ай бұрын
The primus lite is surprisingly big for its sizing. I had to go a whole size down for it. Lono is more true to size.

@@docksloanyour review makes want to get them as I have to return the Primus lite 3 because it’s too long and not wide enough for my foot shape. I’m tempted to get the motus flex that drops tomorrow but not sure if it’s worth the money.

I prefer these over Vivos athetlic shoes...! Hopefully Lono will launch more models soon, the Flows won't have me covered in the autumn and winter seasons. But Vivo are still the king in the lifestyle shoe sector, I love my Addiss, they're both wide and very attractive.

Have you tried freet barefoot Vibe? Also, question, are lono flow would be ok for long runs? It feels like they might get dirty quick as well. From PT stance, is it ok to use regular running shoes from big brans and barefoot shoes simultaneously?

bro, my ol ladys 5 fingers have taken a toll, she is allabout barefoot style shoes , she is a nurse practitioner on her feet most days. Do you recommend these for healthcare? i also bought her the inov8 barefoot . Trying to stay away from vivo , and xero are just overwhelming with many trims . do you recommend these or any other ?

If she’s used to minimal shoes already with her line of work, then these would be great.

well i bought the lono flow and after waiting for weeks, because it was shipped from hong kong....the quality isnt the same. Its a.nice shoe but the quality from vivo is far better. The lono flow is definitely not ideal for gyms and has some glue on the side.

I just got another pair and they’ve updated them a little bit from this pair I reviewed. I still own a pair of vivos, but like Lono a lot still. Different shoes at different price points.
