The reason ziare stayed at an A after the second untapped potential is probably because the camp only improves each player's potential by three points, so whatever rating it was post the camp it probably fell just inside that A range instead of eclipsing A+, the camp doesn't just bump up a players potential's by a grade when you send them to the camp, it improves the rating

Matt the reason why some players underperform(shoot the ball pretty bad) is because of their system fit. you have to find the system that fits most of your guys so they can actually be efficient during the season. Now that's not something that 2k has announced I just know it from my rebuild experience

The reason people drop in potential is because you send them to potential camp. It goes up 3 for the season but drops the next season unless entered their “start peak” literally doesn’t make sense, basically sending people to potential camp isn’t worth it.
