I’m looking at this specific boat, how stable is it for 2 persons fishing the bow, does the boat rock side to side badly? Ty 🙏
@TheOutdoorConquest4 ай бұрын
@@RippinLipzAddictz the boat doesn’t really rock at all. I’ve never fished 2 people on the bow it would be kind of tight but have fished 3 jigging for salmon and did it comfortably

Watched again on my drive in (more attentively) and I missed the ability to mirror the livescope to the passengers in the back while walleye fishing with friends. That’s a nice touch, man.

If the water is that rough I’d probably just stay home 😂 I don’t mind trolling with the main motor and pull a couple drift socks to keep the speed low If need be

Wow this is going to be a long comment... That is a sweet color combination. I almost purchased an Impact with the same color coordination, earlier this year. The thing that stopped me was the same thing you mentioned. The struggle to get it inside the garage. The windshield height (with tongue lowered to the minimum) was estimated at 1-3/4" too high with the Impact. I went to all the shows last year and 2 Lund dealers (multiple times) with a tape measure, trying to find a way to fit. Believe it or not the Fisherman (taller sides) that I purchased allowed me to get it through the height of the door opening (with a little over 3/4" to spare). Though I had to remove the top molding to achieve that. Nice thing is that swivel tongue of the Shorelander, which allowed me enough length to kick it in sideways and close the door. Although, now I lost my parking space for the winter time [urgh-h-h]. Don't know why manufacturers haven't come-up with a design to allow lowering the window somehow? Their sales would probably shoot through the roof (my opinion). But at least you're allowed a solution with the Angler. You mentioned the cable/adapter, yeah I wonder if they would have a transfer option through an ethernet switch box? Don't know if they would share the same protocol? I have a Solix and tried the Y-split option cable between the two transducers. Long story short, I can use the Minnkota 2D, but the Side Imaging (transom transducer) doesn't show. I purchased the Cisco's mount to hold my Uncle Salty holders, they're nice and very quick to install/uninstall. But like everything with boat equipment, you get to that acronym B.O.A.T. And with my experience the "T" stands for "Ten" thousand. One thing I don't like about their design is, the floor board (aluminum) does not meet with the side walls and is soft in the corner, yours is a different layout. Well, they include a top that you tuck away and the framing poles lay towards to side of the boat. One of the framing poles pierced right at the corner of where the flooring meets with the passenger side wall, leaving a 1" diameter hole through the soft material there. So I get to find out in the off-season how well their interior (3-year) warranty is? I kinda find it ironic and funny at the 15min mark you would thank us so graciously. When it's actually us that Thank YOU, for the effort to help us all out. Whether it's fishing, Hunting, or just overall experiences of the good and bad. Good luck with the boat, they are nice riding boats; oh and yeah definitely, GO Lions. Hope they're able to keep Ben Johnson around for a l-o-o-n-g time.

Nice boat! If you don’t mind me asking what did you not like about your tracker targa v18 a few years ago? I just moved my family up to Grosse Ile right on the water and am in the market for a walleye boat. Always had that targa 18 in my mind but would love to hear your feedback..
@TheOutdoorConquest4 ай бұрын
Thank you! It honestly was the customer service after purchase. I’d never buy a boat from bass pro again. Also I feel like Tracker is really over priced for what you get with that boat. If you’re looking for that style of boat I would recommend a Lund Impact or Adventure. Thanks a lot for watching!

Beautiful boat ! Just courious on the make and model of your garmin setup. Been in the market just trying to narrow it down. I fish basically all the same body's of water.
@TheOutdoorConquest4 ай бұрын
@@carlforget3023 thank you! So I run a 93sv UHD at the dash and a 106sv Ultra 2 up at the bow for livescope. If you’re looking to set up for livescope and don’t want to drop a ton of money the 93SV is a great option and will do pretty much everything except screen record. You can only screen record on the Ultra 2s or the GPS maps units.

Hey man, i bought the same boat except the tiller model in gun metal grey, i pick it up in the spring! I cannot wait to get in it and out on the water. I absolutely loved your walkaround and your set up, badass!!!!! Do you find this boat comfortable with say 4 fisherman? Do you wish at all that you went with the rebel ? I was so torn between the rebel and the angler, but decided to go with the angler.
@TheOutdoorConquestАй бұрын
I was torn between the rebel and angler also. I really liked the rebel and honestly went with the angler because I was able to find one a lot cheaper! I wouldn’t ever really fish with 4 people but had 3 full grown men in it and we were just fine and comfortable jigging for salmon. I almost went with the tiller to have the extra room to fish because that’s why I bought it….to fish. I do like the side console though. The rebel is really only a little bit wider and a little bit deeper. I’m not sure if I would’ve rather went with that or not I guess. Either way I’m loving this particular boat!
@darrenmatte5754Ай бұрын
@TheOutdoorConquest thanks for your reply man, and your right that was ultimately why I went with the angler was the price which saves me more money on upgrades! I just hope i dont wish i bought the rebel😂 Can't wait to get on the water! Again, I really enjoy your videos keep em coming!
