New Luxury Wing Opens at the American Dream Mall - First Look Inside "The Avenue"

The American Dream Mall in East Rutherford, New Jersey just unveiled their brand new luxury wing dubbed "The Avenue." This incredibly larger section of the mall features high end shopping brands such as Hermes, Dolce and Gabbana, and Saks Fifth Avenue. Although the shopping options are limited, the wing is a feast for the eyes featuring fountains, artwork, and even live fish. I was just there. This mall is getting better every time I visit. Always something new to see. My kids especially love the aquarium and Legoland.

This mall is just incredible, sad to see it is having a hard time filling space but now at least the mall has a department now. The new luxury wing looks amazing, I was there not to long ago and right where I was standing was the entrance of the avenue but it was walled off. Great video ray, thx for the update!

Those multiface statues really got my mind thinking. Each face shares an eye; therefore, each face shares an eye with each other; hence, each face shares a vision for everyone. Thought provoking moments from some tacky mall artwork. 5:50 That is quite amazing to get from a mall in East Rutherford, New Jersey. If you watch videos of this mall feeling tired before going into deep sleep, it is like a fever dream in its appearance and sensory overload.

Stores don't seem to be the thing for that mall. Maybe they need to turn it into museums and amusements otherwise, it's pretty dead for how big it is. We had the same problem with our outlet mall that opened a fee years ago. They already closed it down. Didn't help that they put it in the middle of nowhere. It was really nice also. I feel sorry for those fish.

They had considerable damage from hurricane Ida. That is why that area with the scaffold was in that state. A lot of water came in and no doubt posed a fire threat from shorts in wiring in the ceiling and the risk of mold as well. That's why "they're still doing stuff like this".

I went to the park but they don't allow filming on the rides, so I didn't make a video. It was a fun park though. Growing up I loved Rugrats, Ren and Stimpy and Rocko's Modern Life.
