It seems there is limited availability to non-US regions right now, despite this not being highlighted in Microsoft's blog post. If it is not showing up, I'm not sure if this is a roll out timing issue or some other regional limitation.

I don't think he's the first to make this comparison and unlikely the last. Will be interested to see where the Salesforce AI offer goes in comparison, they certainly do have good data to leverage.

I know they are saying all users with a Copilot license - but are they referring to Americans only? Like the when they do the world championship in baseball and it's only the American teams playing. Because I have a business premium license plus Copilot m365 and I don't see any Copilot content in there 😂😢

That's odd. The only caveats I can see in the post are "Copilot Academy is available in 8 languages: English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese and Chinese". So, I guess regional settings may be limiting visibility. There isn't anything that would suggest regional differences.

Unsure why this isn't showing for some, the Microsoft post doesn't suggest any limitations other than the content is only available in certain languages.
