Pretty sure that J4 AD is a counter to Akali. It was back when I played. Spear her whenever she farms with the superior range, and then bounce her around after a few and she can't fight you.

I would like Jarvan more with a few small tweaks to his kit. If his Q was a charge up smash, W was an exploding charging shield, his E was a target-able slow and his Ult was a charging, long range, explosion, knock up. Other than that, he is great! Oh wait, if only his passive allowed him to auto attack after death. Then Jarvan would be amazing!

try out hail of blades on j4. pretty nuts. can get 2 autos off before they touch the ground usually and if you land a good E then you will get all 3 autos usually. with crit this will one shot any squishy.

Biggest Jarvan dmg what I have done was with this build. Red smite, Duskblade, Collector, Serylda, Hydra and IE or Navori. Core items are Duskblade, item passive + jarvan passive massive dmg.
