I have tried using the Augustinus Bader cream over half of my face for an extended period of time (in addition to all my other skincare), and I do feel that there was a noticeable difference that did not really appear until at least a month or so in. So I now have some belief that particular peptides can actually make a difference. The new Haus Labs product contains three peptides (two of which I have not previously seen in other lip products), and so I think that the idea that it might gradually lead to the lips looking plumper at least has some plausibility to it. I'm happy that they didn't put stingy irritating ingredients or fragrance in it, anyway! I picked up the Persimmon and may try using it regularly for a couple of weeks, just to see if I notice a change.

Thank you for noting that the foundation lacks the alcohol of its predecessor- that’s exactly what I wanted to know! The Merit blushes are the only ones that I also use on the lips. Usually a product is either too dry for the lips or too glossy for the cheeks. Great reviews as always!

Loved this. To answer your question, I do not like multi use products. Hygiene wise and pigmentation for each area is different. Rarely do they look good on both lips and cheeks and I never put lip products on eyes. Bacteria issue aside, the feel is off. Love you Rebecca! Glad the rain didn't melt you!❤

Very impressed with the MUFE foundation, I had been tempted by other reviews, but yours sealed it. I tried the shade finder on the MUFE site and was told 1N14 was my shade too & we are shade twins usually, so hopefully it works a treat and looks as delightful on me as it did on you! I might try the Milk jelly things, but maybe will stick to a lovely glowy cream blush - my very non teenage skin likes those more than stains usually 😉

I picked up the ABH highlighter, I love that it gives a subtle glow of it. It is exactly what I hoped it would be. Typically I use a lip/cheek product for one or the other but I did order one of the Milk Jelly Tints so I guess I will see if it can change my mind. ⁠@@NotFitforPrintBeauty my package from Sephora arrived yesterday with the Milk Jelly Tint in the shade Splash. I used it for the first time this morning and taking a cue from you I opted to use a synthetic brush, my Sephora Pro Blush brush, to apply the product. I applied it to my cheeks between my RMS light serum SPF and before my Saie Slip Tint. I thought that this application method might be more forgiving and done this way I did not feel the cooling effect but I really like how the color peaks through and gives a nice flush to the cheeks. I will try other methods but I am happy with it so far. I doubt that I would run out and purchase other colors but I don’t regret this purchase. 😊

I do not normally use multi-use sticks on lips, they are just feeling weird, but my lips are also very hydration and moisture hungry and they do not feel fine with anything matt, and even if the multisticks say they aren't matte, they tend to be made to stay long on the skin. The most I tried is the Intuition inner glow creme pigment from Rituel de Fille but that is because it is a fabulous contour for me and I like the color on my lips, but even that one is a rare occasion only for the latter.

Hi Rebecca! Thank you for featuring these new products. On my screen, the MUFE foundation shade looks a bit too light and cool-toned for you but the finish is very-very nice. I am intrigued by the Haus Labs lip glazes so I will try to see them at my local Sephora. The ABH highlighter is indeed subtle - so workplace appropriate - and of course, not available in Canada. The Milk lip and cheek stain is very pretty on you - very tempting as well - I need to make sure it will apply well over my sunscreen and tinted moisturizer. It looks good when I bronze it up but, in general, it is not a perfect match. I am now told that any shade I have been in MUFE complexion products is supposed to go across the board so I will have to look at what I usually am. I have to go into my vat of complexion products that I have reviewed in the past year or so. Ha ha.

Thanks for the video, blasting it at the moment. I do use lip and cheek when the formula is right. Charlotte tilbury sticks, the ones they brought back last year. Not the nudesticks. Tom ford used to have multi use they were nice but before their time. Not sure about the stain. I prefer stick blushes to liquid, like rare beauty. This one is going to be dewy like future skin but not quite as wet if that makes any sense. a more accurate dupe might be the Jones Road with the foundation but it all gets a little bit too moisturizing for me. This one is a really nice glowing look.

Good Morning Rebecca! 🌞 I like the new Intro. The Highlight is very pretty! I do like subtle. The foundation looks lovely and did a very very good job covering the darkness around your eyes. I think you would just need a wee bit of concealer in the inner corner of the eye area. The lip glaze in persimmon is pretty. Glad it’s not sticky. Not too sure about that cheek product. It would dry down way too fast for me although it seems better using the brush. I personally don’t use combo lip/cheek products. Great reviews as usual! You are so close to 20,000. I had no clue what color to get in this , I think I'm going to get the 2 N shade that 1N14 shade looks way to light for me . They seem so dark online , I think they have the mini in that shade so I'll pick that up and try it see if the shade works and if I like it . The value isn't their in the mini but I rather pay 22$ then like 50$ knowing it might not match ..lol That What's up brush is pretty so is the highlight. I don't like glittery stuff at all and I thought this would be so I didn't purchase it .

The only product that I ever have found that I thought worked relatively well on both my lips and cheeks are the Jones Road lip/cheek sticks, which I think are underrated in general. Otherwise, most products seem much better suited to one of those uses than the other, I think.

That Makeup Forever HD foundation does include fragrance in the ingredient list on the Sephora site. Maybe it doesn't have much of a smell, but I seem to always have my skin irritated when fragrance is mentioned regardless of how strong the smell is or whether I don't mind the smell. The Milk Makeup product lists fragrance as well. So I have a good reason to skip both of those. 😀

Hmm, multi use products are not my thing. It’s as though brands thought process is “that color will work on both lips, cheeks, and eyes, let’s put it all together in a stick”😂 No way for me. ❤ Also, I would not like the cooling feeling on my skin. Yes. This one holds its glow longer a bit I believe but I can’t fault Shisdido complexion as it’s always so good.

My favorite is the Prada but I’m gonna say that compared to anything. Right now I just think it’s the king of them all. It is the best kind of straightforward medium coverage. It is the best not being too glowing but not being too dull. It is the best in terms of wearability and not changing over the day. It is the best at blurring fine lines and pours. Right now it is my top-tier.

The Milk Jelly Tint is not for me. It’s too high stakes!! Every time I used it I’d be afraid I’d ruin everything I just did with my makeup because I’d worry it would stamp on my cheeks and not blend. (Or stain my brushes!) I don’t need that kind of stress in my life! I’d not use it on my lips because it’s too big. I only use products like this on cheeks. The only time I use something for both is when I use bullet lipsticks as blush! I have thus far resisted this Anastasia highlighter because I don’t need more highlighter, but it’s so pretty! The embossing and packaging is so tempting, and I like the subtle quality. The foundation looked great on you! I will try to find a review from someone with oily skin to be sure it will work for me before I try it!! (And see what you think about the Louboutin foundation!)

You are right to fear the milk product. I am filming another video right now, as we speak… Well, obviously I’m on a break ha ha, but I still have that milk swatch on my wrist from yesterday and I’ve showered and everything. That’s not going anywhere. And it does stain the face too. So you are smart. I would avoid this foundation if you tend to have oily skin. I think it’s gonna slide off your face. But let me know what you find out.

I’m so sad about this MUFE foundation release… they seem to have come out with this to replace my holy grail Reboot foundation 😢 I got 2 bottles when it was on sale at Sephora for 50% off but despite being a bestseller for MUFE it looks like they have decided to betray me yet again 😢 I really liked the classic HD foundation and used that for years and the new one looked really horrible on my skin so they just keep doing this. I have decided to leave them for Givenchy. LOL.

So honestly it looked like the color disappeared when you went in with the brush 😮 these look cute but dang I don’t have the time for that and 24.00 is a lot to waste. I’d rather buy stuff I could use daily. I want to try the haus labs lippies but the 2nd ingredient being Lemon peel extract for the makeup forever I do not want the risk of breakouts. My skin hates essential oils . I also see a lot of coconut in the ingredients. Not good for acne prone skin . it’s ok ! I love my other foundations ❤

In a way, it's good because you can save the money on trying it. With the Milk, yes, it's not powerful enough when the brush is used and THEN TOO powerful when applied straight up!

I just gave away the Makeup Forever Foundation. I used it a few times, but I didn’t love the coverage (I like Medium to Full; this is more light). I didn’t like the wear time either. I was looking like Rudolph about four hours in. I like the classic longwear. I mix the old and new one together and that works great. It doesn’t feel drying. I’m interested in the Haus Labs lip products and how much they sting. I just received the ABH highlighter - gorgeous. I may wear it today!!!!! The Milk jelly thing scares me too - hard pass!

I was disappointed in the shade range of the MUFE foundation. I was so interested but there wasn’t a close match. I’m fair and there aren’t alot of light shade and there’s not many deep shades either. 34 shades doesn’t cut it anymore.
