Hey friends! So sorry, I forgot to do a check in at the end of the day and show you how the makeup wore! But it wore really well! My eye makeup stayed on with minimal fading or creasing all day and the concealer looked great at the end of the day! I can't wait to try more of his makeup as he releases more categories.

@@MyMaria1224 get them both Melissa! They're completely different from one another (I have the ND palette and I'm waiting for the Mario), but both palettes are stunning. The Mario, I think, is more suited for "everyday" wear (though, you could definitely achieve a evening look too). The ND is a more sophisticated cool toned palette, which, I feel, is better suited for the evening (everyday looks can certainly be achieved tho). I've probably not helped you, so sorry. I hope, whatever you chose, you thoroughly enjoy. xx

Hi Lisa. From what I have watched online, Mario mentioned that it's only meant to be an eye primer and not a concealer because there's no coverage. That's what I have heard from the other reviewers who were in the zoom call with Mario. That's why it's the Eye collection, it's all for the eyes.

Yeah that’s what I saw too! It says on his site it CAN be used for small face touch ups in a pinch, but I haven’t seen him use it that way. 💕 I want the master metals palette!

I bought the same makeup by Mario master Eye Prep and Set. It really doesn’t say anything about being a concealer, but I suppose you can use it for that. I also purchased the light, which I think is too light- I definitely need the medium and will exchange it for that.

Can’t wait to see this ! He came out with a ton !! I think for makeup artists this is way cool. For the novice , they would be lost except for the shadow palettes. The mattes are PERFECT colors and the shimmers are colors inside us all (he said in an interview) he’s very Detailed I’m sure it’s going to be good. Love you. Xo

Awww 🥰 Lisa when you applied that pink shimmer shade it looked so pretty on your eyes, you could of left it at that, I love when you go out of your comfort zone and try different eyeshadow shades, you surely can pull them off with such a pretty face, the concealer looked nice on you as well, it brightened up your under eyes lovely But then I’m yet to see you wear anything that doesn’t look beautiful on you my friend. I am interested in the conceal and prime palette and in the metallic palette, although I am curious to know how the shadows would perform on textured (thin and crepe-ish) lids. Hi Amy! Definitely more variety in colors than the WG. I love that WG formula too... I would say the WG mattes are more pigmented right off the bat than the Mario palette. As far as the shimmer formula.. the Mario is more shimmery and can be built to a foil finish.. both are beautiful but very different formulas

I don't know why, but I thought the one thing he would "nail" was the highlighter. I've ordered the matt palette and the clear highlighter (it's got a name but I've forgotten it 🙈). Fingers crossed the highlighter is ok because I'm in the UK and can't really return it. The matts look heavenly and the shimmers too. I like that there's plenty of "wriggle" room and easy peasy blending. Then you kept adding shades without any problems! WINNER! Love this and I loved ALL the different looks you achieved 😉. 💜🌸💜 Just a quick mention about ordering from his web page - it was, quite possibly, the easiest to navigate one I've come across.

Erin Nicole got medium, which I thought would be too dark for her but it worked.. so when I saw you try light... 😕 but.. as loyal followers of you both, it was really helpful to see both used and on skin tones close to mine. I would have ordered light (even after seeing Erins I was unsure just because I know she self tans) so your video helped a lot ! SO frustrating not being able to swatch in store. I stopped going in. I think its because the package is simple and all collection seems very profesional and i guss people dont find that exciting. I would love to have master mattes. 😍 i can see those colour being used by pro mua. He also thought of muas. I think if you had those 2 pallets that is all you really need. Like u have every colour in those metalics and they are all different.

This is a beautiful look. I just love it. Unfortunately, being in my 60s, I don’t feel too much shimmery metallic shadows work with my wrinkles, lol. I sometimes wear just a touch of shimmer, but probably not enough to make that metallic palette worth it for me.

I am really ambivalent about very colorful eyeshadows. On one hand, I love color, rich and bold colors. But I just can’t put really colorful shadows around my eyes, so having them would be just for the joy of looking at the beautiful colors. The mattes look great though. The color seems very complex which makes such a difference in brown and tan shadows. I might think about that one.

Lisa mentioned in the video that she got the earrings at the Kendra Scott store. They're probably not pure silver. One thing that has helped me is to dip the earring stem into neosporin before slipping it into my ear.

Hi Kate, nothing I tried is really like the paint pots as far as formula but you can get a sheer shimmer look from the shadows similar to the paint pots. :) Hope that helps!

Your comment about the concealer in a compact being old school was so off since they have had squeeze tube and bullet concealers in the 70's. I do not remember any creme pallet concealers back in the old school days.

Those are really meant to eye primers not under eye concealers babe. You’re using it wrong. I mean tech any eye primer can be used as a concealer but these are intended to be an EYE LID PRIMER. Not an under eye concealer lmao
