Yup it's very strongly colored like the bronze palette for example. Once a year around this time we seem to get something more artistic or interesting from Natasha and then closer to holiday we get the more universal launches like the "my dream" palette

I got Chanel Healthy glow rosy beige cream. It is positioned as base. I didn’t use it with foundation yet, but on it’s own it gives you a very natural perfected look with blurring effect; almost like filter. It doesn’t have any coverage though.

Seriously! I recently bought the bronzer and was actually shocked that it wasn't in a glass jar - and it's not even the heavier kind of plastic that seems like it could be glass, but light, cheap-feeling plastic. Like, I'm genuinely confused, this is supposed to be luxury? What is luxury about a plastic jar? I have products that cost a fraction of it with way nicer packaging. I don't mind paying luxury prices if I get a product that actually feels and looks luxurious, but if this is what Chanel's packaging is usually like I'm not sure I'll be buying anything more from them in the future.

@@karovalkea yeah totally agree. Guerlain, now YSL just to name a couple, even Lisa Eldridge who is a small luxury brand is offering amazing heavy weight packaging. Chanel needs to get to work on figuring out their packaging that matches their $ tag. I gotta say though, Hermes is worse for their price. The blush and bronzer compacts look white and chic but light weight AF and they are more expensive than Chanel. I had to call them out.

I also bought the 15 gm cream bronzer today. I never tried another Chanel formula; so I'm liking this formula so far. I am comparing the packaging to a jar of Pacifica night cream I have. That jar is glass. It's very heavy. The product is very affordable and it is made in America. The Chanel jar is a decent plastic, nicer than a Milani or L'Oreal package, but it's light, and the product is made in France. I'm thinking that weight would add a lot to shipping costs. If I want a glass jar, I guess I'll have to pay a lot more, or buy something produced in North America.

Sophie, the Chanel Rosy glow is definitely a priming smoother, to either be worn under makeup, or alone. It is skin toned with a lovely soft glow. I live in Canada, and I’ve been using it for two weeks, and because it’s limited edition, I have already bought backups. It’s gorgeous😍😍It’s creamy, pore smoothing and line blurring. It won’t be sold in the States though, from what I hear. If you can get your hands on it, do so💞💞

I think the only thing that gets me excited is the abh cosmos. I feel like it could be totally wearable with all those beautiful mattes and what looks like thin duochrome toppers. I also find the suqqu blushes intriguing but they are so hard to get without huge shipping costs. I was so excited to see the yucca palette then reality set in. I can't see myself using those colours (I'll have to see what it looks like on olive tan skin tones) and every ND palette i own ends up getting neglected.

Hi @Sofia great video and I have so many thoughts LOL. 1) it’s interesting to see in the comments that so many people are excited about the ND Yucca palette, it’s not my cup of tea but clearly it has generated strong interest . 2) Chanel. Where do we start. I have the Reve de camellia highlighter. I am considering one of the new pearly white highlighters, not sure which pattern yet but I will only get 1. It will depend on what is available in Aus (who knows what will be available in each country/region). The other 2 shades will not work for me (too dark and warm/gold). I would rather the Hermes rose atacama (but it’s Aus155 and permanent so I’m in no hurry to get it just yet!) LOVE the idea of having different cases to choose from, not the embossing on the products. Now THESE would be collectors items (esp if refillable) and I would be enticed to buy more than 1 as would many other people I’m sure. But they don’t need to be oversized!!!!!!! 3) Blush round up video would be great but I’m not interested in the Mario ones only bc I can’t get them and I can’t get Jones road either. I’m keen to see review/comparison between the old/new Dior backstage blushes and the Gucci blushes. It would be great to include the Chanel fantaisie in the comparisons too. I’m deciding between new Dior backstage pink/Gucci baby pink and New Dior backstage Berry/Gucci plum. 4) easy pass for me for the new PML cream blushes (not a fan of cream products except CT cream bronzer). Hi @Sofia - so the Chanel Rosy Beige cream is available in Aus and of course I bought it!! It’s a GORGEOUS primer that you can use on its own for a smoothing blurring effect or you can use it under foundation. It’s very light and just gives a nice feel to the skin. To be honest i doubt you need it with your lovely smooth young skin but for those of us with more mature skin (I’m 48) it’s a dream. It truly smooths wrinkly areas (eg forehead) and just gives the skin a lovely texture. It’s not for under eyes though. You mum will love this 😊 I hope they make this permanent and a full size will be added

The ND looks like a mix of the Bronze and Metropolis plus Trio chrome. Mainly warm tones with some murky yellow tones thrown in. A neutral version of the Ace Beaute Tropics palette. Or one of the Melt palettes. I have those and don't like how they look on me 😂

I got Chanel rosy beige it is a primer, def not a bronzer. it evens my skin tone (for ref i am les beiges foundation b30/40), it is very subtle and i absolutely love it. 💓I think it will work for your skin tone too. I totally agree. Unfortunately most of the stores stopped giving samples during the pandemic so it became difficult. The bigger issue now is that the stores don't yet have the new product or at least not quick enough for me to try it out early. So we usually pay 1 day delivery for everything

The CHANEL Rosy Beige is a smoothing & illuminating base and is LE. As far as I know, the US will not be getting it (that could always change). Also, the new mini Healthy Glow Bronzing Creams have been reformulated and do not contain coconut oil any longer. Hope that helps 💋

Hi Sofia! I am so tired of Dior's reformulations too. They are destroying the products by cheapening the ingredients as fast as they can but rising the prices non stop. I've heard that only two shades of the backstage blush are decent and the other ones are patchy. I appreciate all the effort you do to keep us updated and trying on the products but maybe you should pass on the Dior ones. I loved Dior but they don't make sense to me anymore I am more into Guerlain and Givenchy now. Love you!🤗

Hi Sofia, great update on new releases. The only thing i am interested, is in that Chanel rose cream. I saw a few reviews, and its been said as really unique product, which blurs, and evens out skin. It could be worn just by itself, for makeup no makeup look , or as a primer. I am happy that they released travel bronzing cream without coconut oil, so i picked up. The Chanel powder, i am not sure is that powder, or glowing powder? What is the purpose. I am not kind of powder girl, and already have Chantecaille and Hermes and WA pink bubble , so it might be pass. Suqqu , i do love, since i just discovered last year, and purchased so many, so i am good, and it doesnt look any different what i already have. But Suqqu Pure color blushes and Hermes are probably my two favorite brands for blushes 🤔Have a blessed day🙏💗

I do think the 5 different embossings are strange as a marketing move...they've done the lion emboss before (I have two of them from a few years ago). I will probably just get one highlighter in either the coral or white gold shade...I'm not super picky about the embossment but I prefer the chains or the camelia. But if the highlighter is really great and I can only get whatever emboss I will still buy it.

I guess you can use the Chanel Rosy Beige cream as a primer? Seems like very little product for a lot of money if that's the case. It wouldn't show up on my medium skin tone and seems like it would only suit those in the lighter shade range. I will also be passing on the oversized highlighters since none of the colors stand out to me. I'll still look forward to your review though! :) The ND Yucca palette is interesting but I wouldn't be able to pull that color story off lol. People who already have the Gold palette wouldn't need this at all.

The ABH palette is the only thing that I plan on getting, i love cool tones, shimmers and silvers so that palette is right up my alley. Not a fan of golds or warm colours so the ND Yucca palette is an easy pass, as much as I love ND, as the colour story is the total opposite to my preferences.

Chanel le beige rose beige one, based on your skin tone, it will work as a primer. And I also use it as a primer. However, I couldn’t found anything special about this one and still studying about this product.😂

Yeah, ND already did 14 5 pan palattes, which were the BP and GB palattes they have been d/c'd. I venture to guess that some of her midi and large palattes are variations of those. I hope you knew that 😂😂😂

I didn't really like the 5 pan palettes much. The quality wasn't as good and some of the color stories were kind of hard to work with. I gave all of mine away

Hi Sofia! Hi everyone! I am feeling like these multiple of the same products in different packaging or embossing by these higher end companies is cheapening them. It’s easy and lazy and very Colourpop-ish. I say Colourpop but at least they’re creative in their packaging… yeah, I said it. Chanel has broken my heart with these two releases and I don’t know that I will buy anything. Hey Sofia, I was wondering if you could get a sample of the Dior foundation for comparison? Then you’re not bringing in a whole new bottle of it. Just a thought. Hope everyone is well!

I agree I think it's better to just launch one nice thing rather than 7 OK things. I need to see if Sephora will give me samples again and enough for more than one application. Out of principle I don't do foundation or concealer reviews on my channel unless I can test it for a few days :)

The ABH colorstory it's completely different from both the pictures. I've seen reviews and they are lighter and it has a beautiful light green which don't show on the pictures. But I don't own anything from ABH because all I hear for all her pallettes have a heavy fallout which I hate on eyeshadow palettes. Love everyone from Greece 🇬🇷 ❤❤❤

I have a personal peeve about “pigments” vs eyeshadows in eyeshadow palettes. I know for most people it fine, but it bugs me and ABH always includes a few shades that somewhere on the box in teeny letters that says some shades aren’t suitable for the eyes.

The new Yucca palette screams fall to me, not summer. I want another cool toned color story from ND, full on COOL I’m interested in the ABH palette but I need to see some reviews first. It might be too all-over-the-place for me, we’ll see… Just ordered one of the new Dior blushes today. I have 1 of the new MBM cream blushes and I like it so far. YES to a blush round up please 😊

The Chanel is a Yesss for me. The Camellia and the CC will be my choice but like your said it will go away with use. I would definitely pay for a nice heavy compact that could be refillable. Chanel should listen. The ABH is a maybe for me. Mario blush is a no. Like you I have so many hourglass palettes. Maybe the will release a holiday one that would probably be a yes. Yesss on all blushes hourglass. I love their blushes so much. So many makeup choices. I need more space. Lol. 💖💄👄

I think the embossing is the only feature that makes me want these. But. Will they be available here in the us ?? And CHANGE THE CASE CHANEL !!!!! Crazy. I don’t think it’s a buy for me. And ND The color story is so different than what I have seen lately. I also think this will be better swatched and worn than in the pan.

Doesn't Clarins have a translucent product like the Chanel rosy product? Comes in a little red jar? I have never seen anyone ever discuss that.

@@kateaye3506 yes, I had a little sample of that once from one of those gift bags…it was ok I think but not really tinted. Benefit did a similar sort of balm in a tin (dr feel good?) not sure if they still do….was an absolute bugger to open! I gave up on it eventually. Maybe a more modern version is the Tatcha solid primer, but again not tinted.

I love your reviews! The Yucca palette is very pretty, and I'm sure great quality, but it's not for me. Being fair, it's kind of a dark palette for me. I also don't wear a lot of warm tones. I will wait until it's in Sephora and can swatch it before I make a buying decision. Th Chanel highlighters are a definite no for me. I've also regretted buying oversized palettes as I never even use half of it. With a highlighter, which I don't always use, it will be a waste for me. I have too many highlighters already. I will definitely buy the ABH Cosmos palette. The color story is calling my name. I might buy one of the Mario blushes even though I don't need it. I am a fan of most of his products and they're priced reasonably. Pat McGrath is a pass for me.
