When you get a boob job they are not saggy like hers. What happens is they do not put an implant into saggy breast, they have to do a lift first and then put the implant in. I had this same surgery but I had way to much saggy skin. They judge the sagginess by 1 to 10. Mines was a 9. I had to get the lift first and they had to cut off so much skin it would have left me a B cup from a D cup. That was the only reason for the implant. Just like you can't be a A cup and get size D implant. It takes time for them to stretch the skin a size at a time. If you are an A cup and its saggy, same thing, they still can't get implants without a lift first.
