Honestly it was pretty fun having to actually worry about things like carrying enough food and water, it adds so much more tension to the raid also. Shame that you could easily just get killed by a cheater half way through and lose all progress

​@@LemonsShortmy theory is they pushed this wipe up a couple weeks or even months to fuck with arena breakout because it has also just released into open play and has honestly been bliss for me. Yeah it's less hardcore, less climatic, and everything would generally be about half as good as it is in Tarkov. But that's only if Tarkov worked as intended. I've tried this wipe and I've already quit. Servers are garbage as ever, dying behind cover, seeing bulletholes on enemy heads and them not dying. Obviously 3 times longer que and load times than in ABI and honestly, it's overall the same game I have already put 1500 hours into. I might be done done with tarkov. It's just never gonna reach the potential it has.

Not required but if you can get them done it's rly worth it, you can even just run marathon to goto each location on the other maps and then whenever you get a labs card scav running use that to scout the areas on labs. A med case and injectors case is worth about 20 labs access cards if my guesstimate is correct

They're definitely gonna have to add more reasons to actually travel to other maps instead of extracting besides tasks. At this point there's very little reason to do so unless you just don't loot at all on your first map or you only find garbage. Maybe once they make it so your active extractions can span across multiple maps (for example loading into Shoreline but your extraction is Crossroads on Customs, requiring you to travel to customs to extract) it'll be more required.

This map to map traveling is really interesting. I guess because you're going into mulitple raids spawning in similar to a scav, it's doable. But you're also going during night time which are probably void of players right now

In comparison to games like Elden Ring that can *almost* travel between every zone flawlessly. So I'm not shitting on tarkov specifically, not really shitting on any game. :>) Have nice day!

I spawned at the bridge in customs, sprinted into construction and as soon as i was out of the bush at the gap in the wall, i hear bush rustle behind the exact bush i ran through... It was Partisan. I got a pretty budget pre built but I can run Streets man. People say you need 32GB of ram when that's total B.S. I get 90-120 with only certain areas dropping to 30-40 with 16GB ram and 8GB GPU. People buy fancy computer and don't even know how to dial it in, or they act like any FPS under 240 is an excuse to be dog water at a video game.

the scavs are throwing WAY TOO MANY FUCKING GRENADES!..... i mean what the ACTUAL fuck is going on?!?!?! every raid, every map, within 30 sec. i have scavs lobbing grenades from multiple angles! And whoever though it was a "great idea" to give scavs so many grenades made it all the more worse by giving them exclusivly RGD-5!!!
